We just moved to this city and needed a place to stay with our dog for 5 nights before our house was available and this was perfect for our needs. I mean, the property is old, everything is dated and I didn’t use the tub (it was icky) but honestly, the beds were comfortable, the AC worked well, the breakfast included was a small selection, but very decent, the staff were very friendly and the price was excellent.

It’s an older property so I expect things to be dated and worn, but the bathroom was just ick. The tub was stained, it had a rusty drain, cracked caulking with black stuff behind it…

Really good Breakfast, was able to park in front of room. Staff were very friendly and efficient at check-in and remained accessible during stay. Room was very clean. Had asked for accessible room, but several rooms including that one were being renovated. I didn't mind as I got a ground floor room and am looking forward to a great room next time. Also, I like to sleep with an open window and I was able to open it a few inches.

A light beside the bed wasn't working and I kept forgetting to mention it. Also, the fridge needs defrosting. Everything else in the room worked perfectly and there was more than enough lighting in the room to make up for the one that didn't work.

The pool and hottub was my favourite part, especially cause I was alone from 10-11 pm just vibing...The price was good for what you get...Was nice to have a free breakfast included so I could grab a couple things for the road...Muffins were delicious!

Didn't like the fridge in corner of room, it would have been better in the middle near the TV...Pillows are very small and thick, not my personal preference... Front staff at the desk at night isn't exactly overly friendly, but they weren't rude either...They could just make you feel a little more welcomed with a smile or interest in making your stay as comfortable as possible...I feel they would help if you asked but weren't gonna suggest or inquire about needs of the customer on there own.

Room was nice looking - well cleaned and in good shape. There was a small two person table, which was a great thing to have for our stay! The breakfast room was lovely as well. Even though it was just the continental style of breakfast offerings, we enjoyed the food and had enough selection.

While the pool and hot tub were both decent, the signage in this area wasn't in good shape; words flaking off and couldn't read anything on the sign.

I stayed in a Queen accessible. The room was very good and very clean, with a huge bathroom, microwave, fridge, coffee maker and a large TV screen. Cable had more channels than many other motels I've stayed in. The staff were awesome, so friendly and accommodating. They greeted everyone who came and went. I'm sure it made all of us feel welcome. The breakfast was good. I've stayed here many times and have never been disappointed.

It would have been nice to have some sausages or something like that for breakfast, but that's just me. I don't really do carbs.

We expected a budget motel and it was top end for its market! Room was clean and spacious, pool was fantastic, breakfast suitable and staff extra lovely. We’d read a few reviews that mentioned tired carpet but pending renovations and we had a room with great updated flooring!

The air con unit in the room was noisy.

It is great to have the simple breakfast included. It has all the proper equipment in the room in working order: hair dryer, fridge, coffee maker, microwave... all the important things we need on the road. The room is very clean. The bathtub is a little old looking, but everything works. Price is very reasonable. Very friendly staffs.

The weather is still cold so we need to turn on the heater, which, is pretty noisy.

Location was convenient.

The guy that worked the evening of Friday feb 16 was a bit uptight and stand offish when I asked some questions. Kinda made me feel uncomfortable. Overall, customer service needs improving as both the evening and morning guy were not hospitable at all. Also the breakfast can improve better. Didn’t like the selection so I ended up going somewhere for breakfast so my family and I can eat good food.

The location was great.

The breakfast was poor. My room had a couple of issues. The A/C was always on. Told the front desk but it didn't change. Only way to turn it off was to unplug the power. Bathtub not cleaned in the corners.

Breakfast was good plenty of muffin and veberages to choose from hot to cold. Room was big and clean and very accessible to everything. And most of all we loved the hot tub very relaxing.

They could up-grade their breakfast selection by adding some eggs and suasages and bacons, that would be nice.
