The location was near the highway and surrounded by amenities like supermarkets and good restaurants. Perhaps the best thing was that we were given a free upgrade without even requesting it. Our hotel room was as big as many apartments in Vancouver. Balcony, dishwasher, kitchen, in-suite laundry, complimentary coffee. Awesome!

This isn't necessarily the hotel's fault, but the guest in the room next door was smoking on their balcony, making it difficult for us to enjoy our own balcony. Also, the water pressure in the shower wasn't quite as strong as we like it.

lamps were unplugged, tiny bar refrigerator sat on the ground, which is clearly made for a stand or shelf. No complimentary water in the room. Main TV was a little oddly placed but functional. I would be more concerned if there was a family staying in the room as it protudes out into walking space. You could tell the bathroom had, had water damage and maybe some other guest damage. For the amount of money a major chain pulls in, it would be nice tonsee this kind of stuff replaced or fixed properly and not just bandage repair approach. It screams cheapness and reflects poorly on the business like a bad landlord.

This location is clean and new, the rooms are pristine and very spacious. The kitchen is well stocked with dishes, and utensils. It doesn't have salt and pepper, nor any condiments, but it was stocked with tea and coffee and the fridge and tea kettle and small stove worked well. It even has a tiny dishwasher and a washer and dryer! The bathtub is deep and the water is hot. The linens are clean and fresh. Very comfortable stay. The parking lot is large and I had no trouble parking with my trailer.

Everything. Good parking, clean and chic reception area, nice staff, security conscious elevator, BEAUTIFUL room with kitchenette, laundry, and electric fireplace. Good shower and supplied toiletries. Would have been great to stay for more than one night.

Service was a little negligent at the attached Denny's. Not awful, just minimalistic.

i like the location near shopping for variety at mall, superstore near by and bank all within walking distance.

if we did not have to put deposit down if using our visa to pay as you have our information should anything go wrong. we are good tenants.

We had somehow double booked the room but the next day, the manager retracted the first night and gave us a suite in its place, which was very nice. It had a kitchen, two televisions and a nice bathroom. Love the amenities and will definitely stay there again.

Was not expecting the size of the room. It was a full apartment. Who would have thought. When we opened the door we were blown away. Room was clean and specious, with washing machines and dishwasher. The staff were very friendly and the location was great. Definitely will be staying here again.

The imitation fireplace was cosy on a bleak wet afternoon. Nice big room with kitchen and big refrigerator.

As we were there for 2 nights our room was to be served, but was forgotten. Towels had dirty marks on them. Both these problems were taken care of by the friendly house keeper.

Presidential Suite was very spacious, definitely beyond the bare minimum. Everything including full kitchen, washer & dryer in the unit, making a long stay possible.

The entrance to the property is a bit obscure.
