The peaceful setting, beautiful view. Easy check in/out. Nice breakfast muffins, juice, buns & cheese. Lovely Host
The washboard dirt road(s) it takes to get to it. A bit of an uphill walk from the parking area to the suite. Not an issue for me, but elderly or anyone with mobility issues would have difficulty. A drip coffee maker would be a nice improvement to the Bodum. For me at least.

Armand Heights is a perfect little getaway house above the trees with a nice skyline view and a peek of Vancouver in the distance. The suite was so clean and cozy, the host was friendly and gave us some great tips, and the light breakfast was a great start to our day. Added bonus of a dog to greet you when you arrive. We look forward to returning for a longer stay in the future.

There were cheese buns,muffins,Jam,bananas,yummy egg salad & yogurt in the room upon arrival.As well a lovely postcard with a cheesecake slice & mini bubbly for our anniversary celebration.
Just couple creamers/milk in the mini fridge. I wasn’t able to sign the guestbook so a pen attached would have been great.

The coffee was not great so we just went out for some. The location was just beautiful and convenient
The price was higher than expected Through Booking.com we were quoted 287$/ night for everything but we got charged 360$ it kind of left a sour feeling.

The breakfast portion is sufficient. Having breakfast on the patio was an enjoyable experience every morning. The host is very accommodating and responsive.
The road we drove to the b&b site is not paved. A bit expensive.

the room was quite large, very comfortable and well appointed even with board games to play. there is a large balcony to enjoy the spectacular view a d the breakfast was delicious, home made. the hostess and staff are very accommodating as is the welcoming doggie Sky

The room was beautiful, comfortable and had an amazing view. Breakfasts were delicious and beautifully presented. The garden setting was lovely, enjoyed exploring Mt. Maxwell and loved that it was within walking distance!

location and room
had to park the car outside and walk the long driveway from the gate to the room with luggage was not comfortable.
