The only portion of the stay that was not positive was the tv. It was a surprise and disappointment that there was only basic cable, no guide available, majority of channels were french and/or repeating sports channels, no opportunity for casting from our devices. We saw an HDMI connection option, but weren't aware of it beforehand to bring the necessary cords. This was truly our only negative of the whole stay.

I loved the location. I didn't have to go right in to town and everything you need is in walking distance ie drugstore, dollar store, restaurants, etc. The room was clean. The beds were comfortable. I loved that they have laundry facilities because we were able to dry our bathing suits after swimming. We liked that there was a pool and hot tub. I loved that they have underground parking so I felt safe to leave my vehicle there. I like that they offer complimentary breakfast.

Really I think the only thing that was a slight inconvenience was the pull out bed was squeaky and uncomfortable. Although, if I'm really nit picking, the pool is quite small and there wasn't really room to swim with all the little kids doing cannonballs and jumping in.

The room was very nice with a full range of facilities. There was even an iron and ironing board. It was quiet and well lit. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom was good with a nice shower (no bath). The towels were large and fluffy. The breakfast was plentiful and adequate. The feee underground parking was useful. There was no restaurant but it was an easy walk to several. And it was close to a great little mall.

The lobby was dark and not very welcoming, though the staff were great. The breakfast room had all throwaway utensils and plates/bowls. I know this is the case in many Chain hotels but times are changing and this should too.

Good location for overnight stopover. EV charger was great to have. Nice to have breakfast provided. Beds were comfortable and loved being able to open the window.

I found the card requirement for going down in the elevator after checking out awkward. I left the card in the room then couldn’t go down in the elevator to the parking lot. And I couldn’t go back into the room. I had to call the emergency in the elevator so could go to the front desk to get a card. Security is important but this was annoying.

Big spacious room and lovely bathroom with shower. Very comfortable bed. All seemed very new and nicely decorated

Breakfast was not good. Also was appalled to see they use paper plates and plastic knives and forks. We haven’t had plastic knives and forks in the shops in Australia in ages. Also instead of having a jug of milk for coffee they have these silly little plastic packets to undo. Surely a dishwasher isn’t that expensive. They had a girl to wipe tables. She could just load the dishwasher . Likewise in the shower silly little packets of shampoo etc

We stayed here to break up the drive from Revelstoke to Vancouver. Hotel was in a great location for us situated just off highway 1. Secure underground parking. Room was spacious and nice and clean. Just what we needed.

The local area appears to be catering for travellers passing through on highway 1. Lots of hotels/motels all in a row. Nice enough for an overnight stay but I’d probably want to be closer to town centre if I was staying here for a longer period as there didn’t seem to be a great deal of choice of quality restaurants locally.

Quick check in, room was clean and a good size. Theres a microwave and fridge in there which could prove useful Gym was v small and pool was too cold for me, but they were facilities I wasnt necessarily expecting. The hotel is within a small group of others up on a hill outside Kamloops, it was quiet, but not really walkable to the town unless you fancied a long hike. There is underground and above ground parking, fuel stations right next door which is convenient if, like me, you were stopping off on a longer journey, one of which had a 7/11.

The facilities are great, the layout was well thought; the access is little tight, but manageable; the underground free parking was a delight and very convenient in this winter time. The heat worked perfect and it is not noisy. It is hardly detectable. The room was cleaned and spotless. Plenty of pillows, blankets, and towels. The floor is tiled instead of carpeted that is most of the times stained in other similar hotels. The front desk guy was nice, cheerful, helpful and attentive to our need. That was the gentleman finishing his shift at 11:00 PM (Jan-15-24). However, the person in the morning was not nice, did not acknowledge a simple good morning, and was only “attentive” when we were really a single step from the counter. Not helpful at all except when checking out. He might need further training in customer service. Good value for the money. I would stay again any time.

The breakfast is terrible. The coffee is good, though. We were not looking for a buffet, but eating junk food for breakfast it is not my idea of “breakfast included”.

The top priority for choosing a place to stay is its cleanliness and this place was clean - both in the room and around the premises. The location was great with easy access to the highway and other amenities. Breakfast bar had a good variety. Hot products were only luke warm but the pastries were fresh. Waffles cooked up nicely! Only fruit was apples and oranges which made it more difficult for my spouse who is on a limited diet away from breads and dairy products. Check in was fast. I made the reservation on line, requesting adjoining rooms with our adult son who was traveling with us. This unfortunately was not accommodated. I am not sure if the checkin person has access to this information on their screen when we checked in. I did get an automated response from the hotel 6 hours after we checked in that they would consider my request. By then it was a bit too late. It would have made visiting with him a bit easier. We will stay here again the next time we pass through Kamloops!

Nothing stands out as what I didn't like about the place.

Standard hotel, stayed a few times here, better than most others in the neighborhood. Large room, comfortable bed and pillows. Shower is fantastic.

Dog cleaning fee C$25,- for cleaning 4m2 vinyl is out of proportion, didn’t had to pay this before, but today reception could only say : “it’s our policy”. Breakfast this time was less quality as last experiences. The loud children in the pool and tub, however this is not to be blaimed the hotel but the parents of those unbehaving kids. This time no inside parking due to repairs of garage door.
