Very great price for what you get, exceptional value. Comfortable room of a great size. Nice little exercise area to do a little workout, and ideally located: the rooms are quiet but you're just minutes off the highway.

Breakfast is exactly what you would expect from a continental breakfast. So it certainly wasn't disappointing from that point of view. For someone with a gluten allergy, however, there is no substantive options (I didn't expect any, but it could have made the stay exceptional).

Some repairs need to be taken care of. Out room was clean ava nice but door was broken in thT front of gated units so less security. Also ice machine was broken

Excellent value family appt for four adults- good kitchen and seating at a table. Separate double bedroom. Queen and big sofa bed in living room / kitchen area. Separate bathroom with good deep bath and shower over it.

For the price excellent value however it is old and tired. But CLEAN!! Fussier guests will complain but we thought was great. It was quiet and there was ample parking. We didn’t use indoor pool. Or eat breakfast as finished at 9.30am and we needed a lie in after a long drive.

The hotel and grounds were exceptionally clean. It had great amenities such as a pool, laundry facilities and a fitness center. The free breakfast was good. There was ample parking. Good location close to restaurants and stores. Very friendly staff.

The channel selection on the TV was not great.

The staff was very helpful and cared about their guest experience. The room was clean with a very comfortable bed. The best thing was an amazing breakfast that was included. We ate heartily with omelets, sausage and delicious waffles. It was excellent.

The shower pressure was great, but the shower head was kind of piercing. I tried to adjust, but it was limited.

Great service friendly staff, and warm rooms during our cold winter stop in Merrit. We were stuck in town after hitting black ice and totalling our vehicle. They were very accommodating for our impromptu and indefinite stay. The pool and hot tub amenities where great to soak our sore muscles after the crash and the whole pool room has heated flooring so I just laid my back on the warm floor and had my feet dipping in the pool. Could not have been happier for being stuck in Merrit.

Some might complain that rooms feel a bit dated, but for a small town and a slightly older building, the rooms were perfect and exactly what we needed.

The staff was so great. My daughter and I were travelling for work the day and f the snowfall warning. They stayed up late to let us check in. Our room was warm when we went in. Something we don't get often in places. Room was clean and the bed was good. In the morning the guys inside went above and beyond helping us get what we needed to hit the road.

I was coming in late from 9.5 hours away, and way past their checkin time. They found a solution for me and when I arrived at 2 AM i was able to get in my room and get much needed rest. Thank you to the staff and Sagar who made it possible. Much appreciated!

The B-fast was OK. I understand that this sort of experience does cost money to have someone there making up all sorts of goodies

We felt that this was all to are liking. We just needed a place tp sleep after driving and golfing all day. We needed an early start to catch the freeythe next day.

I didn't have time for breakfast every day, but I did pop in for a juice and a muffin on-the-run. Having some fresh fruit available would have been nice.

I requested Handicapped Parking and a Ground Level room, which was confirmed when booking. I did get the Handicapped Parking but was given a second floor room up 14 stairs which was a hardship for me.
