All the staff were really great, including the front desk staff, housekeeping and the maintenance man. Breakfast was good and sufficient with a good selection of hot & cold items that you helped yourself to.. Bed and bedding were very comfortable. A/C worked efficiently. Fridge and Keurig coffee maker worked well and was appreciated. Sufficient parking.

Beds creaked every time you moved, both ours and our neighbors, which was easily heard. Upon arrival, the microwave didn't work, and the bathroom fan ran constantly. Both of these issues were immediately fixed. We were very impressed with the fast maintenance. The main downfall for us, as we were traveling with a small dog, was that there was no park at the property or in the vicinity.

The hotel is conveniently located, making it easy to explore the local area. The staff were incredibly friendly and always ready to help with any questions or concerns, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The rooms were clean and comfortable, providing a great place to relax after a day of sightseeing. One of the highlights was the complimentary breakfast, which offered a variety of delicious options to start the day off right.

However, there was one downside to our stay. The soundproofing between the bathrooms of adjacent rooms, and between the rooms in general, was not very effective. If a neighbour turned on the tap in the middle of the night, it was quite audible in our room. This was the only issue we encountered during our stay. Overall, I would highly recommend the Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Vernon for its excellent location, friendly staff, and comfortable accommodations

Convenient location, quiet, clean,nice breakfast selection, welcoming pool & exercise room.

Our bathroom tub needed a face lift. I guess they didn’t post pictures of the handicapped bathroom with tub for a reason. I’ll post my pictures— they tell it better than words. Pictures don’t lie. But I will note despite the chipped enamel, it was clean. We opted to shower anyway, because the tub was too low and hard for me to get out of with my bad knees.

When you first walk in you feel so welcome and everyone is very kind. If I could afford to stay at this hotel this would be one of the hotels I would stay at very frequently they keep their guests very happy they always have amazing breakfast there are completely nice people and there is nothing bad to say about this property

I love everything about the property the only thing that I don’t like is that as of today they have changed the policies here and now have different policies against damage deposit and cards and much more you can worry about it yourself

Breakfast was great, loved the option for Turkey sausages as my husband cant eat pork. Our room was very comfortable, and I really appreciate the staff let us stay in the pool and breakfast area/office area until after lunch time. We had an important work delivery and our son with us and they were very accommodating.

The pool was a bit dirty, and there were no towels, I had to ask twice.

I asked for a non-smoking room, but because I had not been to your hotel before, I was worried that the staff might be using scented products. Because I have asthma and allergies, I was delighted that I did not notice any scented products or allergens. I slept very well with no congestion. Clean towels were placed in the room daily, which was greatly appreciated. The pool and hot tub area was clean and safe. The breakfast was good. I loved the old fashioned oatmeal.

We were a little confused about the temperature controls, and were freezing, but once we got instructions from staff, it worked out well. Maybe better signage?

We were first offered a room that wasn’t renovated. It was dark and musty smelling. When we went to the front desk to ask for a room switch, the front desk gave us a renovated room on a higher floor. Great customer service and a much better room!!

The breakfast room was way too small for the number of people staying at the hotel.

We stopped for one night on our way to Osoyoos and fortunately picked this great hotel. The beds were super comfortable, the shower great and it was very clean. It was close to restaurants and the main road and price was very reasonable. A free breakfast, which was very plentiful, was also included.

No complaints.

They seemed to have slow drainage happening and the shower in one of our rooms was needing replacing. The staff were awesone. They were in the middle of renovations so I feel they will have these issues sorted soon.

Continental breakfast was a bonus! Very clean and was always filling up food dish when empty or low. Staff was friendly and helpful: felt very safe staying at this hotel. Will suggest to friends and family.

Pool was absolutely freezing and hot tub was scalding hot. We could not use either. Staff said would talk to maintenance but wasn’t fixed during our stay
