Great location, and the restaurant was awesome. I couldn't decide between mashed potatoes or macaroni and the waitress just half-halfed it for me. It was such a small nice and kind gesture. The location of the restaurant was so convenient as it was attached to the Travelodge. There was a bubbletea place and a convenience store right across the road as well, which made it great for snacks ad other munchies during the day (or to stock pile for the day). Staff were friendly, and front desk every so kind!!

The rooms were DRY. The heater/air conditioner does not stop working, even when powered off. Highly recommend anyone staying here to bring a small humidifier, and ample lotion for hands (and chap lip). The faucets were stylish, but the rims were full of gunk- couldn't tell if mildew or just some other water stone build up, but they could have used a bit of scrubbing.

Staff in PM and AM were both friendly and the room smelled good....non smoke.., the room was fairly easy to get to. Beds slept very comfortable and room was spick and span clean . Chicken Chef Restaurant attached to building was a nice thing to see even tho we did not have time to eat.

The room was quite warm upon arrival....but the AC unit worked well. I asked about if things got stolen off of people's trucks easily and the Desk Manger said it does happen now and then and said we could push our motocross bike in the building if need be. Hallways smelled very strong of chlorine from pool....perhaps vent fans were not fully circulating to the fullest but the room had no smell..To be expected i guess.

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. It was perfect for what I needed at my price range. I got a much larger room than I even needed and it was clean and comfortable. I liked its location, close to many food options and just off the main highway. It felt safe, and the 24-hour staff at the front desk and lighting plus surveillance made me feel like the things in my car were secure. The hotel was very communicative and the front desk staff were friendly and helpful.

It smelled a bit, especially around the pool area (which wasn’t open but that’s okay as they have plenty of warning about this). The room felt like it could use some updating. The fridge was VERY loud at night, which didn’t bother me much as I could sleep through it but if you don’t do well with loud noises this would probably bother you.

I travel to see family from Ontario, and this was the second year I have stayed here in my way to Ontario from Edmonton and on my way home. It’s great location, great for the value and very comfortable beds.

The only issue I ever had was the last time I stayed and there was a confusion about towels. The staff member had thought I taken one (I didn’t) and it forced me to leave one of my expensive towels behind to replace a towel I didn’t take. I spoke to a manger after and it was handled and she was great about it.

It's actually a pretty good location but it's on a busy road. The room I had was large and had a nice bathroom. The housekeeping was also very thorough. The service was very friendly and the area was very safe.

I wish there was an elevator but it's only two stories so it's not really a deal breaker.

The housekeeping service was very nice, they did a great job on my room every day. The front desk staff are very friendly and informative as well. I liked how spacious the room was and I also like the shower head was high enough for a tall guy like me and had three different settings.

The staff were friendly and accommodating which was very much appreciated under the circumstances of my stay. There is a restaurant attached to the hotel which saved me going elsewhere by cab to eat. When I needed a taxi, the staff were always good enough to assist with this as well. Loved the hot tub, was very hot, helped me to unwind after a long day.

The jets on the hot tub weren’t working but the tub was hot enough not to need them.

We enjoyed our stay. Our room was clean and nice. The staff were friendly and helpful. After checking out, we chose to have lunch in the restaurant and enjoyed a relaxed meal. And, always a plus for us, we enjoyed a morning dip in the pool although, it did close quite early in the evening, 8:00pm, just before our arrival. We will definitely stay here again.

There was no complementary continental breakfast and the pool closed too early for us to use it after arriving.

The floors were not carpeted so there was no smelly odor from carpets. The beds were very comfortable. We appreciated having a microwave and bar fridge in the room, plus the complimentary 2 bottles of water. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

No complaints.
