We had an awesome stay! The building, lobby and rooms were beautiful and extremely well maintained. The pool/waterslide and gym are an excellent bonus. Breakfast was great, even when busy there was plenty of tasty food and there were always staff busing and cleaning tables. The room was immaculate; gorgeous, super clean and well maintained. We had a King Suite, it included a desk, a sofa, and the TV was huge! The room felt very spacious and our baby had a great time crawling around. The air conditioning worked super well, it was 30 degrees when we were there and the room was super cold (in a good way) the whole time. I also liked that there was a thermostat on the wall instead of having to go the actual machine by the window. The shower and bathroom were luxurious and well designed, the bathroom had a slidey door so it didn't take up space in the room. The bed was very comfortable and the linens soft and fresh. The mini fridge and microwave were great and the little sink was a nice touch. The Nespresso machine made it feel so special, having an espresso every morning absolutely made my stay! (Plus the front desk staff gave me some decaf pods so I could have an evening espresso as well!) Special shout out to the staff: Every person we came into contact with was so so friendly and helpful. The 6am breakfast staff, the front desk, the cleaning staff we passed in the hallway, everyone was amazing. Incredible stay, we would definitely recommend!
The pillows were too soft, to the point of being uncomfortable. It affected our sleep a bit during our stay. The house keeping timing seemed to be quite inconsistent, one day it was 10am, another it was after 2pm. They did a great job but we just didn't know when to expect them.

Our family of 4 had an excellent one-night stay here. During our road trip we stayed in 10+ different accommodations, and we had the best, most comfortable sleep in this one! The mattress, pillows, and bedding were perfect, soft and smooth, clean and comfortable. The windows in our room, room 409, faced a forest and had nice coverings to make it dark and cozy. The room was spacious and so well thought out, so many nice touches in the furniture selection, lots of storage and lighting options. The bathroom was modern and spacious with built-in dispensers for soaps, etc. The complimentary breakfast was awesome, great selection of hot items (eggs, bacon, sausage, pancakes) and fruit, muffins, toast, yogurt, juices, coffee, etc. and the breakfast seating area was comfortable and staff were helpful. Best part for the kids was the indoor pool (so perfect for rainy days!) and the slide! Kids had a blast swimming and going down the slide many times. Grateful that the pool hours were long to allow for swimming in the evening and the morning before checking out. Nice amount of tables and chairs around the pool for those not wanting to get in. We would stay here again. Very nice place.

Breakfast was fast, full of quality choices and in a good location with lots of seating. Front desk staff were helpful and efficient. Hotel was generally clean. Elevators were fast and smooth. Fun fact - the rooms are named after different cities around the globe!
Our bath tub/shower had visible signs of mildew/mould around the caulking and the corners were definitely not cleaned or sanitized. (Typical pink/orange bacteria stains). The in room/smoke CO2 alarm has a flashing green light indicating it’s working, but had odd patterns and would flash 4 times repeatedly throughout the night. This could be a problem for someone sensitive to flashing lights. The curtains also don’t block out the light from the center panel at all.

I liked the cleanliness of the room, and the size of the shower and bathroom in general. Breakfast was very good as well, a nice variety of choices, and I liked that the food was served (less handling for sanitary safety reasons). I also thought it was a nice touch that complimentary toiletry items were offered in the event something was forgotten. We didn’t need them, but I did take note of that nice little perk.
The pool was down for servicing during our stay, which I understand, but I thought that a small discount should have been offered for the room as we were not receiving the full benefit of what we were paying for. It would have also been nice if there was a restaurant or pub/grill within walking distance but realize that’s out of your control, and it’s certainly not a deal breaker. Lastly, we found the corridors/hallways very cold, but the room itself was comfortable.

We travel from NS to QC quite frequently and often break the journey in Fredericton. This was our first time at the Chateau Fredericton, and it's the only hotel we want to stay at now! Only stayed one night, but would happily spend a week here. Our king suite was so comfortable, spotlessly clean, and provided everything we needed. The staff were a pleasure to deal with, and the breakfast was delicious! Our dog was welcomed with a bowl of water at reception, and the $25 pet fee is less than we have paid at some other hotels. The friendly lady who served us at breakfast even made us delicious lattes. Great value for a 5 star experience! Looking forward to our next stay.
There was nothing we didn't like.

We had a wonderful stay at this family-friendly hotel. The atmosphere was welcoming, and the facilities were perfect for guests of all ages. The breakfast was absolutely amazing — fresh, delicious, and with plenty of variety to suit everyone’s taste. The staff were friendly and attentive, making sure we felt comfortable throughout our visit. We would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable getaway.

The location was excellent, no need to drive through town to get to it and very close to the mall. The rooms were very large and clean. We got a king suite and asked for a cot for an extra sleeper. With 3 kids (one being a teenager), we had plenty of space still to walk around the room. The fridge and microwave were also a nice touch. The staff were very helpful. The pool with the water slide is the reason we booked this hotel and why we will be returning next time we need to stay in Fredericton. The kids had a blast! I took the kids down to the snack store by the front desk, and the price for the snacks was very reasonable!
If the pool was a little warmer it would go a long way to making this nice stay even better! The price of the room was a little high but not unreasonable.

It was clean, and the beds were comfortable
Unfortunately we had someone above us who was stomping and jumping around until 1 am. Around midnight I called the front desk asking them to ask them to quiet down. They said they would take care of it, but they didn’t as the stomping continued till 1 am and they were up again at 6am. Needless to say, it wasn’t a good nights sleep

Breakfast room was great. There was no table in the room to sit around so we went to this room often. It was large enough to sit and talk, play games and eat without hearing others around conversations. Bright and cherry. The pool area was clean, water was warm, easy to get in to swim. Slide was great being separate from the pool.
Different things on the bottom of chair legs, they were noisy when pushed in or out from tables.

The water slide 🛝 👌 The room was clean. The size of our room was great. Amenities in the room were very good. Breakfast included. I would highly recommend this place. Great location, rooms are clean, amenities good. The price was good and breakfast was great.
Front desk staff polite, yet a smile upon check-in would be a welcoming touch. It's the very first impression every receives upon arrival. At check out, it would be great if the front desk staff asked. How was your stay? This provides positive input from guests and also shows they care. Just a suggestion.
