Location, view from roon, great customer service especially everyone at front desk. And restaurant as well. Special mention Mark, and other two at reception both were from srilanka sorry I forgot their name. Great customer service. Cleanliness, amenities everything great.

Food section need improvement.Ran out of bacon, yogurt. Not acceptable from hotel of even below grade standard. Eggs, bacon were cold. Use foodware which keeps food hot. Though service, cleanliness, cutlery quality all 10 on 10. But food itself needs improvement in this part. Food is the main thing in brakefast.

I liked the room. It was super clean, comfortable bed and bedding, spacious and stocked bathroom, great tv and easy access to plug in electronics. Parking was great. Our dinner was delicious!

I didn't like the dirty windows. The breakfast was just awful. They made up for it ever so slightly by making fresh french toast by request, but everything else was stale, cold and hardly edible. Disappointed we had no view since Harbour View is in the name

I found the main areas of the hotel very clean. Plus the room was quite tidy as well. The property had a pool and hot tub. There was a restaurant on site. There is a games room. The bed was very comfortable. The staff were very helpful. The bedding was fluffy, white and clean. There was a safe, fridge and mini keurig in the room. No microwave but the staff offered to bring one up. Staff went out of their way and were appreciative of compliments. When we were put in a room without a Harbour View , which we had reserved, they apologized, switched us to a Harbour View on a higher floor and have us 2 complimentary drink tickets at the bar within the restaurant.

It was very hard to find any information about the restaurant. I think, also, because the hotel has a new name and is being renovated, it leads to some confusion. Door Dash couldn't find us. The sign outside should say Crown Plaza. The restaurant is not very inviting and once I found a menu the prices seem a bit steep in comparison with other similar hotel restaurants. The hot tub is a nice touch but not really hot and quite small. The pool is nice.

Good restaurant, friendly helpful staff and indoor pool. There is a paved walking trail right behind hotel that takes you along the harbour and gardens and brings you to uptown St. John in about 10-15 minutes. The hotel was very bright and clean., and the showers had good water pressure to rinse your hair.

The bathrooms in room didn't have fans and it was hot and humid if you were dressing in them after your shower.

The breakfast spread was great and the location was good

The room allocated was not sufficient- 1 room had 5 occupancy’s though they gave us the room and said it can occupy 5 it did not have a sofa or there was no space to put the couch they gave us for the 5 th person. So clearly there was no room for 5 . This was uncomfortable. As three people had to share 1 bed.

Everything was good, exept that they forgot to clean my room on the first day, then the next day at 3pm, i had to ask them to get my room clean. Also since we were 3 in the room and only had towel for 2 person, i had to leave a note saying we needed towel for 3, even then they only left towel for 3 once in my 4 days! Other than that we liked our journey. Thx

The room was quite nice and a fair value. The beds were comfortable. The rooms had appropriate amenities.

There was construction going on and I'm perfectly willing to be understanding there, but there were a few times the elevators would get tied up. The workers were very polite and gave guests the opportunity to go first, but the elevators would sometimes be going down or up one floor at a time, while guests waited in the lobby. Perhaps a service elevator would be a good idea, if it makes sense in this building. Also, test the tv remotes. The one we had didn't work. It didn't bother me really and I let the lobby know and they were receptive as they were starting to hear of this issue. I'd also like to have found a washroom on the main floor. If it was there, it was obscured in some way by the construction or there was no sign. One near the restaurant would be a good idea.

The breakfast was really good. The restaurant was super spacious and nice. Beds were very confortable and elevators were fast. staff was helpful. The location is convenient to reach attraction sites.

Pool has seen better days, I think. While still good (and there are change rooms, lounge chairs, etc.), you can tell it is old. A pipe on the ceiling was also a bit rusty, and i thought it was dripping a bit.

Free breakfast until 10. Usually closed well before 10. Price stayed the same even though there was a festival in town. Pool available! Which I could not find online anywhere.

AC did not work in Room 504. I did mention it to front desk and they let me know I was using the wrong switch (I was trying to change temp in the machine itself but it’s on the wall) they did tell me to try that and if it didn’t work they would come up but we were clearly leaving for the day and didn’t get back until almost midnight. Even after I had it to lowest setting on proper switch it was way too hot. Not a huge deal only thing I would have suggested is maybe offering to take a look at it while we were out since we were clearly leaving for the day.

The room was very clean and looked modern. The restaurant now looks amazing! I enjoyed breakfast, especially the breakfast sausages for having a subtle flavour compared with other brands. I actually went to ask what brand they used.

The drink machine on the third floor didn't give all my change back. I went to the front desk and they were able to give me the money back, but only after signing a form... overall a hassle when I just wanted to buy a bottle of water. One of the elevators wasn't working properly.
