The Hotel was surprisingly well updated and clean. Easy check-in and check-out. Pool and hot tub one of the best. Used the gym and equipment was great! Nice buffet. Excellent stay.

We went down for our last day breakfast, and the lady working it was not very skilled with customer service. She chewed out another traveller which caught our attention. Figured something may have happened but a bit after when asking her if there was a serving utensil for hashbrowns she growled at me saying she was working on it. She wasn't busy enough to dissappear long periods and talk to a group she knew instead of cleaning off tables or refreshing stations. We waited 45 min for cinnamon rolls but left. None of us wanted to ask her after watching her interactions with other people.

The front desk agent was super friendly and professional. Upon check in he had informed me that the room i booked was a small queen room next to the elevator and that they upgraded my room free of charge. He also did inform me that there was a few little girls running around from a cheer team. Later that evening we went to enjoy the hot tub but it was like an ice bath so when we had informed the front desk agent he said he was aware as several other guests had brought it to his attention and that maintenance had been notified and they were going to correct the issue as soon as possible.

Large and clean rooms. The cleaning service was provided daily. Breakfast was very tasty with good options. It is very reasonably priced for its quality. I liked the fact that there were fountains for drinking water and ice makers. I would recommend it for visits to Saint John.

Perhaps a restaurant on site would be great. Even if there are quite a few restaurants nearby, their quality was not great. It would be nice to have the option to dine in the room, but overall, this is not classified as an issue.

Everything was great. The nicest and cleanest hotel we’ve been to in a long time and it was very affordable. The pool was great. The kids loved it and our dog was welcome there too. The staff were lovely, especially the lovely ladies who served the breakfast. Lots of free parking. Especially around back. Very convenient. Lots of nice restaurants in the area. We’ll definitely be back.

Clean, large rooms, very nice evening staff - had our room keys already before we arrived. Good showers and plenty of hot water! Large room with frig and microwave.

Rooms on street side were a little noisy - apparently there are a few “muscle” cars around in the city. Not too bad - just every once in a while late at night.

AMAZING breakfast! Very helpful front counter staff, and I liked the book of menus they had for helping choose dinner location. Incredible view (though we did have the best room in the hotel). Lots of parking. I liked that pillows were labeled as firm or soft. Lots of USB plugs.

Helpful details were posted around the hotel, but I often noticed too late, such as breakfast overflow seating and how to let staff know we didn't need cleaning on a multi day stay. I wish there was space in the breakfast area for a large family (all tables for 2 or 4, except one tall table). I found the cleaning staff started super early, which made us feel a bit pressured to get out quickly (though they were always polite). It was difficult to get out of the pool area from the dry off space without getting wet again, maybe put the towels closer to the door?

The hotel is clean. The room is very spacious and good equipped. The beds and bedding are fantastic! The breakfast is great.

Location is not very attractive. The very unpleasant moment was that one minute after our check out I remembered that I forgot one pair of pants in the room. I run back to reception and the concierge reactivated my card. When i got to my 6th floor the card didn’t work. There was a cleaning lady nearby who saw us leaving. But when I begged her to open me the door she refused to help. So I needed to go back to reception and ask for help. Finally with all this turmoil we lost 15 minutes and it left me with very unpleasant feelings about our stay. It was unfriendly incident.

The staff is great. Very friendly. John and Anthony at the front desk are amazing and helpful. Tanya the room maid was extremely friendly and kind. The staff at breakfast too were great. People make the difference in this hotel. I was there with my 5 kids and they all say they love the hotel because people are friendly there.

The TV in the rooms need to be upgraded to more modern ones.

I loved the pool, its depth, comfortable and a large pool. A large and depth of a pool is important to me. The clean and odour free of the room. Plus, I love the hours of the pool. I was very happy that there were enough towels. I just wish the towels were larger.

I wish that the habour side to be less money. It would be nice if my IHG membership and/or CAA membership would give memers an upgrade to a suite and/or haour front room. Plus, a better discount with a CAA membership.

The breakfast was nice and simple, exceptionally clean and organized. Food was re filled as it ran out, so the staff are very keen and helpful.

Main parking area was limited. So the first night had to park my car out in the back. Which had lots of room,just not sure how secure it is back there. I will say the staff still do their best to fit as many vehicles in the main front lot as possible.
