The room was big and clean. The restaurant food was delicious.

When we got home an additional $4 charge was on our credit card. We can only assume it was for two bottles of water in the fridge which we thought was either complimentary or left by another guest. There was nothing in or near the fridge to indicate there was a charge. We had lots of water in our car and would have gone back out to get it had we known there was a charge for the the two we drank. But lesson learned, when in doubt call the front desk but We they should have a price list on the fridge. If there was something there to indicate the charge, it wasn’t obvious.

Well what I liked was the staff was really pleasant to deal with. I like that. The restaurant was in the same building. Food was great. There was coffee in the mornings. And access was very easy in and of the rooms parking lot was well plowed access very accessible

The only thing really that I didn't like was close to the window. the floor was always cold. Other than that, the room was very comfortable.

Great location, The room was right next to an exit which was great since we had 2 dogs. The room was very clean and the staff extremely helpful and friendly

the wait time in the restaurant was extremely long. They appeared to be short staffed. The food was great and the staff were great, accept very apologetic for the wait times.

The room was very clean, comfortable and quiet (which is extremely important to me). The restaurant was very nice and the food was delicious. A little pricey, but worth the money. I was a little surprised that at breakfast, coffee is not included in the price of the meal. All over it was a very good experience.

HAHAHA....The only thing was a gentleman in the bar area was a little past "drunk" and was quite annoying. We were very happy we were allowed to take our drinks to our room.

Scenery was amazing and location was fantastic since we were catching the ferry the next day. Rooms were nice and clean. It was a fantastic stay. They were also pet friendly and able to accommodate our fur baby. I was also pulling a trailer and they had a place for longer vehicle and trailers to park !

I have no complaints.

Travelled from mainland Nova Scotia to Newfoundland via ferry service. Stayed at Hotel North the night before ferry crossing as a couple with 2 veteran service dogs. Accommodation was very convenient and comfortable for all 4 of us. Staff was very friendly and food service was on point and fast!

Staff is extremely helpful and nice, from the front desk to cleaning ladies, great people, always greeting you with smile and respect. My ferry was rescheduled, for the small fee they let me stay in the room till evening no problem, just ask for help and they will look after you.

The room was very clean and quiet. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. We had a very delicious breakfast. Our waitress so sweet and polite. The best place to stay in North Sydney.

I wanted queen beds but we had a pet and the beds were doubles but it all worked.

Nice big room and very comfy beds. The AC unit was not too noisy and cooled off the room pretty quickly.

The only issue we had was a smelly shower curtain when we arrived in the room. We contacted the desk and within 10 minutes that curtain was changed. Very good service.

We had a little mix up with payment Booking.com billed us as I expected, but the hotel also rang it through on my credit card,I did get the second billing reversed but it did take a few days..also I had to notice the mistake, and notify them.They didnt catch it, I was pleased I actually checked my credit card bill once home.
