Very clean and well maintained. Friendly staff.

Went downstairs for dinner. Restaurant was nice and clean. Staff was friendly. Ordered drinks and dinner right away. Received first drinks after a short wait. Still hadn't received meals so ordered second drinks. Finished second drinks and nobody came to our table again. Over two hours after placing our food order we still had not received our food and there was no eta so we spoke to the hostess and cancelled our order. Lots of staff out front so must have been short staffed in the kitchen. Staff was friendly but obviously overwhelmed.

Nice clean room, comfortable and quiet. Staff was accomodating.

The room is a bit too snug for the 2 double beds. One was about 3 inches from the wall! With 4 adults in the room, we needed to use that side as well. They have a pool, but the site says they don't. No elevator.

Could have concentrated on some Spring cleaning .There we’re several cobwebs on the ceilings in the sleeping area and the bathroom 😏 Also , there were several cigarette butts and ashes ,just as you walk in the door and in the threshold .I would be mindful of that before the next quests .👍

We stayed at Port Hawkesbury on our way to the National Park. The rooms were well equipped and comfortable. It was also good we could park the car outside and had direct access to the car park.

Restaurant menu limited. Would like to see buffet offered as on restricted diet

Everything! Ideal overnight stay on our Road Trip. Spotless room and bathroom, and very friendly, helpful Reception staff Samantha and Jeremy. Great on-site restaurant Millers had a fun vibe for all ages, a delicious dinner and lovely waitress. Our bed and pillows were so comfy, we overslept! Thanks very much. :-)

Room was comfy and a good restaurant.

Parking was limited. There are not enough parking spaces for the number of guests. The desk clerk apologized, indicating it happens almost every night. You really Lucky to park near your room.

Very comfortable beds, clean room on quiet side of building. Attached restaurant very good. Nice indoor swimming pool and gym. Location convenient for start / finish of Cape Breton tour.

Bit of a soulless location on outskirts of town.

The location is good, close to Walmart and Dollarama for road trip supplies. Breakfast is good, but not included in the room charge.

The front parking lot is small and easily filled with cars. We need to park at the back.

Clean rooms , location great

There are no lifts in the property. So it gets hard to carry the luggage to the room if you have one on the upper floors..

Breakfast was unfortunately mot included a definite negative considering the price and the fact that there was a restaurant on site
