I liked that the staff allowed me to have an early check in on Thursday May 30th at about 145pm. Also, on check out day on June 01st, allowed me to have a 12pm departure. Both were huge for me, but especially the check in one as I had worked all night in Dartmouth and then drove over four hours straight to the hotel. With the early check in, this allowed me to get settled in earlier. Thanks. I also liked that the business center was 24 hours. I used it late on May 31st. The breakfast on both days was great. Also liked the free parking. That's one of the reasons I chose this location. Staff were great throughout the stay. Thank you to the housekeeping crew as well as they had my room ready early on check in day.

It would have been nice to have a gym there.

Quiet location. Breakfast included was very good. Lots of parking.

Not on the boardwalk. I had to tie a string on the bathtub faucet to divert the dripping of the tap so that it wouldn’t keep making the drip sound on top of the plug every half second. I advised the front desk and they said that the maintenance person said it couldn’t be resolved. Bathtub and toilet could do with better cleaning.

The location was exceptional; quiet, lots of parking and close to all amenities, yet not downtown. The room was clean and comfortable with lots of bathroom linen. The staff were very courteous and friendly. The breakfast had variety; both hot and cold choices. We were very pleased with our stay here.

in future would've picked a room with only a queen bed and sofa instead of two beds didn't need second bed but wasn't a deal breaker

It was good location. The buffet breakfast was very nice with lots of choices. The beds were super cozy !!I like we had our own entrance which makes it easy for our dog ! They are dog friendly one of the reasons we stay but we always return as it’s a great place to stay ! Quiet off the road in the back with a great view of a cruise ship

It was extremely welcoming by reception. The beds were really comfortable and it was clean. Location great for catching ferry to Newfoundland. We also had a pet friendly room so the drive up room was great!

The only thing that was frustrating was people coming in late and doors banging.

I loved the facilities, the confort and the cleanliness. The feature that the sliding back doors head out to work the car is parked is awesome and the breakfast was wonderful. The young fellow who was at the counter the night when we arrived was super friendly and very nice. I will come back at any time with my family again.

Nothing, everything was perfect. Please keep up the customer service and the quality of your installations. Even the people who are doing cleaning were super friendly. Kudos and please keep up the great work.

Open buffet breakfast has an excellent variety of products. I especially liked the complimentary coffee 24 hours. However, if you go to breakfast last minute, sometimes fresh items are finished, like scrambled eggs.

As a family, when we take showers one after another, the water is not hot enough for the third person. If you like hot showers, you won't be happy with that.

We didn't realize you could only get breakfast until 9am. Would have been nice if it went til 10am. Not an early morning eater.

Breakfast hrs extended. Before 9am is a bit early for me to eat.

The location of this property and the staff (Marie mostly ! ) are great.

This property needs a little money spent on it, to be honest. The shower curtain was very frayed and needs replacing. The bed I slept on literally had a serious indent in the mattress itself ! It needs replacing as well...
