My room was very comfortable, clean and quite. Lots of space in the room and and good work station. Parking was spacious.

The TV was definitely annoying as there was no guide for available channels and you had to press enter after going up or down to change each channel. There were no glasses beyond paper cups with coffee machine. I don't think my experience should be based on concerns of people stealing glasses if that's the reason for no glasses. The staff at checkout were not engaged at all. Beyond "what's your room number", no smiling or asking how my stay was on checkout.

- The room was big and comfortable, it had everything it needed. - Breakfast was great, good variety of food, waffles, not many vegetables. - The pool and a slide are great for kids, and the gym is available as well. - Convenient location close to the city center. - Room service was very attentive and provided extra towels by request.

A couple of nit-picky details: - Air conditioning could be better, but it didn't affect our stay. - The breakfast area could have more obvious instructions on how to use the waffle maker (I observed a few people struggling to figure out how to use it, myself included).

We lived in a king room with sofa at the 1st floor. It was a big, clean and great room, the sofa bed was big and comfortable, my son loved the sofa bed and the room. We arrived late on 1st day, almost all the restaurants in the city had closed. So we went to the hotel's restaurant, the Kiju's. The staff were VERY nice and friendly. The food were very good. The hotel is not in Sydney's downtown so the parking is free.

I would feel even better if the staff at reception desk smiled to me when we arrived in the hotel late and tired.

A return quest, we find this a very nice property, in a quieter location. The breakfast is nice, and the pool is a great experience for our grand daughter. A walking trail nearby, as well as the free use of the walking track above the rink, next door, are a nice feature on this reserve location. Bowling lanes, nearby, were also enjoyed by our family.

The check in staff were friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and clean. The furniture and decor was modern and up to date with extra an extra blanket and pillow. The room had a mini fridge, microwave and coffee machine. The continental breakfast area was well stocked in the morning and the food was good.

There didn't seem to be a working bathroom fan.

The staff were fabulous. The breakfast was very good! It was great to have access to a restaurant with really good food... we had supper there three times in three nights and were not disappointed once. The cleaning staff were friendly and accommodating. We were very happy with the room and the rest of the facilities. The bathroom was also very nice - we liked the shower and the layout.

There was an issue with the phone on my side of the bed. Every night around 3am it started to blink (a red light would come on indicating that there was a message on there) which was disturbing as well as distressing. I hit #337 and our room number to get rid of the blinking light but it was still bothersome.

Everything was very clean, new, comfortable. Bathrooms were modern, nice little touches like a nightlight in the bathroom. Beds were very comfortable. Liked the fitness centre. Breakfast was good.

There is a restaurant just across the Medway, but it would have been nice to have a hotel option as well. Plenty of restaurants in town a short drive away.

Love the breakfast and the variety of breakfast foods.

The coldness of the pool and where there wasn't pool towels stocked up there, we had to go to the front where the hallway was cold! Oh and the heat that the mini fridge gave off was crazy, made the room so hot had no choice but to keep the ac going all night so was a mixture of hot and cold throughout the night 🙃

Room was clean and spacious. Many guests but elevators are plenty and fast. Good breakfast buffet and lovely breakfast lounge. Good restaurants attached to the hotel.

Toilet in room was detached from wall and made loud noise every time we would use it. Breakfast buffet could have had some more healthy food (especially fruit).

Amazing hotel: Great people, room with cathedral ceiling, huge dining area & with full hotel, overflow seating area. Asked for accessible room - ground floor, first room on corridor right near sliding door to parking area, very thoughtful response to request
