I stayed 10 days. Very comfortable beds, easy check-in/check out. Rooms are quite large with coffee/tea kettle, microwave and fridge. Room is cleaned every 2 days, although if you need anything such as new towels or would like your room cleaned, it’s no problem at all. Reception staff are very professional, and friendly. There are free amenities near the reception desk if you forgot anything such as toothbrush, cream, feminine hygiene products, razor and shaving cream, etc. There is always coffee available by reception, different roasts, decaf or tea. Very handy. Breakfast is good - variety of warm and cold breakfast options. Fresh fruit and yogurt, make your own waffles station.

I don’t like eating off paper plates or using plastic cutlery but this is becoming more common.

This place was fantastic! The rooms were modern and very clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. The complimentary breakfast buffet was exceptional with a great selection of items including omlets, bacon, hash browns, fresh fruit, a variety of juices, fancy oatmeal, cold cereals, muffins, bagels and make your own waffles with all the fixings. There was a great indoor pool and gym room both of which were very clean and well maintained and were easily accessible using your room key card. There was a lovely selection of complimentary coffees, teas and hot chocolate available at all times in the lobby for guests to help themselves to. The property is clean and well maintained and within walking distance to many restaurants and stores. The hotel is also close to the highway but far enough away that you don't hear traffic all night. This place by far surpassed our expectations! We have stayed at much more expensive hotels that didn't come close to offering the lovely experience we had here. We will definitely stay again and will make Hampton inn our first choice wherever we are traveling.

We always enjoy our stays at this hotel , the location is convenient , the staff friendly and its always spotless. We enjoy the breakfast that is provided.

Like most hotels these days the beds are far too high for elderly and young members of the family to get into easily. The addition of a more comfortable chair rather than a hard office type chair would be a bonus .

Great location just off main highway 401 but far enough not to hear traffic noise, easy to get in and out, spacious room, friendly front desk staff

Use of "throw away" plates, cutlery and cups - they have a kitchen so it is time to start using glass, ceramic and metal instead of single use utensils

The hotel is immaculate and very well run. The staff are very polite and pleasant. The breakfast was quite good with fresh fruit and a variety of possibilities for the waffles.

The beds are very high for shorter people and breakfast ends at 9 a.m. on weekdays. We would have preferred real mugs and real cutlery instead of so much plastic at breakfast.

This hotel was a great stop on our Detroit to Montreal trip. The room was clean and comfortable and the breakfast was pretty good. I appreciated the Refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker in the room. It was an easy stop off the expressway and an easy drive to downtown area. We were pleasantly surprised to find that Brockville is really a very interesting little town!

We had some trouble with our internet ( which also meant the TV did not work), but the hotel was able to resolve it quickly. The soap in the bathroom was located pretty far away from the sink, which ended up getting the bathroom a little messy.

We were welcomed back. This is the 2nd time we've stayed at this hotel, and it was nice that the staff remembered us. Margaret in the kitchen was fabulous. She made sure that my 6 children were fed and full. Karan at the front desk was very pleasant and also remembered us. We will definitely come back again.

The only thing I would say is that there is no fan in the washrooms. It gets quite steamy in there, and it would be nice to have a fan to keep the humidity down.

Very nice and modern hotel, with pretty good breakfast, repeating in a four day cycle. The hotel is located in a commercial center and a short distance (2-3 km) from downtown.

The only thing that needs some improvement is the bed height. I'm a 1.89 m tall and had a hard time getting into the bed! Smaller people would need a step or to be quite athletic!

Great location. Large room. Comfortable bed. Pet friendly. Super accommodating staff - they roomed us away from noisier guests and were super sweet with our requests.

Pet fee and damage deposits is a little high compared to other hotels even under the Hampton name (I understand the need, it's just odd that the difference between Hampton Inn hotels is so high)

Convenient location and access to freeway, yet quiet area. Great breakfast. lots of variety and food well prepared. The bed was extremely comfortable but a challenge due to height. I am 5 foot 6 and had to basically throw myself into bed and slide out.

Pet fee of $75 for one night is excessive, have never paid more than $25 anywhere else and we always travel with two small dogs. Hotel is advertised as pet friendly but pet charge is not fair. There was an issue with respect to cleanliness of bathroom which should not have happened.
