The location was very nice and the view from our room was spectacular! The place needs a lot of work. It's very run down, but that adds to the charm. Felt like I was staying in a museum, you can still picture what it used to look like back when it was new🙂

didn't have the breakfast but we would've liked to have been able to have the buffet New Year's Eve but you could only get that if you had the $500 package and I wasn't interested in being up with a bunch of drunks at midnight screaming and blowing horns ! The young lady that was the maid was exceptional I haven't met anybody as cheerful as her in a long time and unfortunately we ran her back-and-forth across the parking lot about three times unintentionally The hot tub with the pool was great very vigorous very hot and the reason we were staying there the Jacuzzi in the room was very good actually did try it but I like the bigger ones more room The off-season rates are exceptional I probably wouldn't spend the money for their normal rates during the middle of tourist season but I'm just there to soak my tired old bones in the hot tub anyway ! We ended up eating at Korner Pizza downtown very good and considerably more reasonably priced

not being able to have the buffet without the New Year's Eve party no microwaves in the room?

The balcony was nice. We overlooked the marina. It was fun to see the living room set up the "boat people" had. Sat out there during the day and evening. The pool area was clean and well maintained. The views from The Point and the restaurant.

At the restaurant, Manor House our dinners came to the table minutes after receiving our appetizers which we may have taken 3 bites of. We had hot appetizers so we were not pleased the dinners were left to get cold while we ate our appetizers (Soup).

We stayed for one night for a last minute mini vacation. Location was perfect for we only stayed for one night to see Boldt Castle. It was right around the corner for the shuttle to get there. The room and bathroom were clean. Bed was comfortable with extra pillows and towels for the pool which we did not use. It had a small balcony over looking the parking lot. Perfect one night stay. We would recommend it.

The WiFi was terrible. We couldn't connect to it with our laptop. We called the front desk and she was very apologetic but said the WiFi is hit or miss in town. The TV reception was not good either.

Location was away from crowded downtown area but still close enough for easy access. Pool n hot tub were excellent. Staff super friendly

The door leading into our main corridor made a horrendous squeak every time some opened, and because our room was just inside, we heard it loud and clear day and night. Plastic tag on pillow to protect zipper not very comfortable to lay your face against. Water temp and pressure in shower were not great

The rooms were even bigger than photos make it seem. The jacuzzi is gigantic. The pool is nice and has a great view of the castle. The staff was kind and informative about stuff going on for the eclipse. The whole place felt clean.

It was really expensive, but that's to be expected for the eclipse I suppose. The appliances were really outdated, but it didn't matter too much. The hot water ran out pretty quickly when we were filling the jacuzzi, but it did eventually come back. The shampoo was a 2 in 1, which is awful for your hair and most places usually have them separate.

I brought a party of 13, so a lot of people & personalities and The staff were phenomenal!! Very helpful. And friendly! We experiencef a personal crisis and staff was very flexible which was so appreciated.

The continental breakfast was less than desirable. The hotel itself was clean, but more on the vintage side. Wish there had been microwaves in the rooms to accommodate the children's needs better. The pillows definitely need an upgrade.

didn't have the breakfast left too early in the morning early enough that nobody was awake for the office so I hid the keys and called them and told them where I put them ! i'm there for the hot tub and it was fantastic The lady that was doing the housekeeping is the same delightful gal that was there the last time I was there she is just flying around that place !

No microwave in the room ?

Over all very good location and Fantastic place to stay. Excellent board walk, very nice indoor and outdoor swimming pools, descent dining room, nice hospitality and on demand cleaning service that was fantastic. ATM machine also available.

Microwave oven not available in the room, but still manageable with dining room facility. No water fountain separately but have vending machine for water and other cool drinks.

I loved the location and vast size of this property. Sunsets were very pretty and water views. Parking was easy and it was close to the boat rides for the river and castles.

I don’t think the tv had local channels? That would be nice and some USB or c plugs by the bed.
