the snacks! great warm popcorns that you can refill, cookies, fruit, hot chocolate. Breakfast is great. Literally all-u-can-eat with the eggs and sausages, and you can make as much waffle pancakes as you like. Convenient location to do grocer and dining. It has a pool. Room is not big but have everything a family of 4 needed. Shower is good, great water pressure according to my mom. Bed is firmer than expected, same as pillow if you use 2. Staff is patient as well when I phone them to ask about why double charging my credit card.

nothing. It's comfort inn, not a 5 star president suite. So it was beyond my expectation. Really am. I have paid higher prices for other hotels during this trip, and they don't provide as well tbh. Makes it worth visiting Brockville during winter which we were just expecting a quiet 'tuck-in' night to continue our trip in the first place.

With family in the area, we have stayed at the Comfort Inn a number of times while visiting. We know this hotel staff to be friendly and accommodating. The rooms are what you expect for a queen room. They are always clean, the beds are comfortable and the shower is strong and reliable.

With this visit as in previous visits, there are commonly people (other guests? staff?) standing near the main entrance and the other doors smoking. While I've never had any problems with anyone, I don't think it's a good look for the hotel and neither do I appreciate walking through cigarette smoke and/or cannabis to get to the main lobby.

The room was nice and clean. Next time I will ask for handicap as we do better with walk in shower. The bars were really slick and hard to use. We like everything about this location. The breakfast was above and beyond. People were very friendly.

The lack of maybe something more in the bottom of the tub to keep from slipping. The grab bars could also use something to make the non slick. As I stated I should have ask for handicap when I made the reservation.

The location was great right by the highway The breakfast was really good. Excellent selection of items. The lady running the breakfast service went out of her way making sure patrons were comfortable and getting hot food and coffee. The pool was decent we used a few times and the maintenance man was very friendly . Lots of clean towels in the pool area. Desk staff was very friendly.

It’s a bit rundown in the rooms. I found the cleanliness ok but the bathrooms need a very deep clean . The overflow cover on the sink was extremely grungy and there was mold on the wall paper. The tv clicker was so filthy it felt sticky . I did not touch it with my bear hand.

The size of the room worked well with the couch and the bed rather than two beds or a smaller room. Everything was clean and working. The pool gave the opportunity to get some exercise and relax. Staff ,on at the time ,gave us access to the pool immediately when we requested. Food was good. Decaf coffee was offered as well as regular. Sausage was available , which made my spouse smile.

Nothing worth mentioning. If we'd stayed longer something might have showed up.

I had a great stay at the Comfort Inn in Brockville, Ontario. The location is excellent—right off Highway 401 and conveniently close to grocery stores and restaurants. The room was clean and comfortable, meeting our expectations, and the swimming pool was a nice bonus.

The only suggestion I have for improvement is to provide a crib for infants, which would make the stay even better for families.

Well it was just ok.My husband didn't eat and I had very little.It was not very appealing. The coffee was good though.

The bacon was translucent, no potatoes,not much bread choices either.Just waffles that were a very cheap batter mix.Not much fruit.Just not appealing.

We were travelling to Mont Tremblant and did a break journey to visit 1000 Islands and stayed in this hotel. Was bit pricey for one night. Breakfast and parking was included. Breakfast was ok but didn't have much options for vegetarians other than the fruits and yogurt.

They didn't have veg potatoes for vegetarians. If you are vegetarian then you have very little option.

This is great value!! The staff was awesome! They had a spotlessly clean pool with lounge chairs and towels. They served nachos and cheese in the afternoon. Always had coffee on. The included breakfast was better than I’ve ever had. Tons of hot and cold choices. Fresh and CLEAN. Tina was constantly around cleaning and even served coffee. Coffee, microwave and fridge in room.

If I had to say anything negative would be it’s a bit dated. But clean! The tv was dated. But worked and was fine.

Didn't have breakfast at there. We were meeting friends for brunch so grabbed a coffee at Timmy's with a bit of food for my husband as he is a diabetic 2

Only one of us could get on the internet because it was in my name only (Husband was with me) And there was only one chair for computer time in the room.
