The Sir Isaac Brock is a beautiful historic B&B. We stayed in the Queen Suite which was decorated tastefully and provided all the amenities we needed. The B&B has gorgeous common areas which include access to a lovely patio area where we were served a delicious, made-to-order breakfast. Ida and David are wonderful hosts who welcome you warmly into their beautiful home. We highly recommend this fabulous accommodation if you are staying in the Brockville area.

The stay at Sir Isaac Brock B&B is much more than that. It’s a trip in time, a visit to the museum, an opportunity to chat with the insightful hosts over a delicious breakfast (don’t make plans for early in the morning!!). The bonus is the beautiful house mixing old , new, and every commodity, to make for a somptuos stay. What started as an accident of scheduling for us, has turn into plans to return and stay longer! Thank you for everything!

Nicely kept, beautiful 200 year old home in the heart of Brockville. Very nice couple runs the B&B. Very informative and attentive to your needs. Breakfast was excellent. There are only two suites and are quite private. Parking is available in the driveway. Close to everything. You must see the train tunnel. Thank you, Ida and David, for providing the highlight to your getaway.

A little more vanity space in the bathroom would be nice.

Breakfast was cooked to order. A nice variety of juice, tea and coffee, fruit, eggs, toast and meat. Was very good. Hosts were very friendly and helpful. The room was quiet, clean and nicely equipped. Central AC made it comfortable on a very hot and humid day. Modern bathroom fixtures. Pleasant sitting area in the room. House had a games room and communal living room. Inn was conveniently located in the downtown and close to several good restaurants.

Our hosts, Ida and David are very inviting and engaging people. A pleasure to chat with. We booked the King Suite which was wonderful with lots of space. A very comfortable B&B, great common areas show casing some of David's historical treasures. The hosts thought of everything you may need during your stay. Breakfast was delicious thanks to Ida's passion for cooking. David is very engaging in conversation with a great sense of humour which we appreciated.

As I am not an early riser, I found the hours for breakfast being served a bit limiting but I fully understand as the innkeepers have alot to do in order to maintain such a wonderful place.

Breakfast was made to order and excellent with many choices. The bed was very comfortable . The hosts were very friendly and informative about the area. The neighborhood was quiet with convenient parking

The breakfast time at 8:30 was a little early . Reminder there are many stairs ,not a problem for us but maybe for others.

Ida & David are sweethearts and amazing hosts. They make your stay the most comfortable ever. We went there for our 19th Anniversary. This gorgeous property is close to everything. Walking distance. Parking included. One of the best part is the hearty homemade breakfast. You won't be disappointed if you stay here, so much beauty.

The hosting couple were welcoming and charming. The house itself is beautiful and has an historic quality, representative of the Georgian architecture of Brockville. We were walking distance to Brockville's waterfront which is a great place to visit. At breakfast we had a stimulating conversation with the hosts and the other guests staying in the house. Ida and David were very instrumental in providing an atmosphere conducive to excellent conversation.

I can't say there was anything I particularly did not like.

Very hospitable couple, great location to just walk to food & city interests. Breakfast is top notch & prepared fresh with choice of eating in or on nice deck, the history of the B&B is quite interesting, imagine staying in an 1824 Georgian Luxury suite, you won’t regret it.
