The staff was extremely friendly and helpful! They regularly checked in to make sure I had everything I needed. The cleaning staff was also extremely friendly, and very respectful of any items left in the room.

The only thing I was worried about was that there was no key/card entry to the hallways that access the individual rooms. It felt a little bit like anyone could walk in, and that the only thing between me and someone that was potentially not staying at the hotel, was just the room door lock alone. Normally I wouldn't be too worried about this, however with all the issues and break ins happening downtown, it did have a me a bit worried.

Room was great, confortable bed. Air conditioning worked well. Had a bit of trouble with the TV but the staff came right away to fit it. The only thing missing in the room was a small one-cup coffee machine, but it had a mini fridge and microwave. Nice big shower. Ice machine in hallway with water distributor. Breakfast was include which was very decent: omelet, sausages, bagels, toast, raisins bread, muffins, cereals, yogurt, fruits. Parking is free. Hotel well located with grocery store, restaurants and Dollorama at walking distance.

Nothing really, beside not having a coffee machine in the room, but that's just an extra. They had coffee available in the lobby. Also, I think they don't have an elevator. But a few steps won't hurt anyone LOL.

Very nice new hotel. We booked it randomly on our way to Montreal and it was great. You can definitely find a better price in this area, but not for what we had. Very nice and comfortable room with a king size bed, friendly and honest staff and a small breakie included. Very nice, I recommend it 100%.

A bit of noise from other guests because they had hockey players staying, but the staff warned us in advance, which was really nice.

Great location, very clean and nice room, quiet hotel, comfortable beds.

Staff never helped when I was struggling to get the luggage trolley through the door on my way to the room. They sat at the desk and watched even though they weren't any other customers. This happened 3 times with 4 different staff members. All they needed to do was hold the door for me.

The price and last minute discount with a breakfast was perfect for our needs.

I understand they are going through renovations in order to change franchises to Hilton. I assume the price and quality will both increase. I think this is great for the hotel however I don't stay with Hilton as their status matching is terrible. Will not return once it becomes Hilton even with no Marriott's in the area.

Comfy bed, very clean bathroom, fantastic staff! My room even came with a microwave. Would stay here again.

Breakfast was pretty basic, especially for people with dietary restrictions. The room had a very slight musty smell to it, it could use some airing out. The floors could have been cleaner too.

The room was clean and bright. The staff was very nice and helpful. The breakfast was good and quickly replenished. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay. Thank you to PC for his pleasant and helpful assistance.

A coffee machine in the room would be nice. A grab bar to get into the bath tub would be helpful.

Even though they offered free coffee and juice 24x7 in the lobby. It would have been nice to have a coffee maker in the room to make coffee when you wake up. Instead of having to get dressed and go to the lobby.

Well priced and room was good

Not enough serving utensils at the breakfast. One set of tongs for eggs and sausage. I have food allergies and the girl was new and did not know where to find more and after I spoke to her she still used the same tongs for refilling both.

The bed was comfortable, the staff are very accommodating, the room is clean and renovated.

The breakfast was OK, not very hot would have liked to be able to use a microwave to heat up the food. I think the gentlemen who was taking care of the breakfast probably would have heating up the food if I had asked seeing they don't want us to bring our food to our room.
