The only down side was that there was no riverfront rooms available. Other than that our stay was great! We were traveling on our motorcycle. We basically had the place to ourselves. Montana and the other staff were great! They were so helpful when we needed plates for our bbq dinner, supplied us with plenty of wood when we wanted a bonfire. We had a great view of the river and sunset while grilling outside and sitting by the fire. I can't say enough good things about the staff and the beautiful views! Thank you again for a great stay, we will definitely be back!

Not having a room with a water front view, they have them, they just were not available for our stay.

Great place, clean, spacious, nice view of the river and direct access to the shore. Our room had a full kitchenette, which wasn't in the advertisement and which we weren't expecting, but a definite plus- might have been because we stayed at a time when the place wasn't anywhere near full.

Office was closed due to staffing shortage, so we had to check with the front desk of a partner property a mile down the road, but no big deal.

Beautifully located at the riverside, nice and clean rooms

Check-in was 1,5 mile down the road (so essentially no staff) and excruciating slow (and no, I do not want to sit down after hours in the car and no, I do not want to know about overpriced breakfast and expensive restaurant)

Very nice to have access to the pool by the river, and the adk chairs and firepit. Neighborhood folk held a party with loud music until well after 11pm. Lucky I brought earplugs. The relationship with Grand Isle Inn adds great value. The room was clean and well laid out. Thanks.

The towels weren’t very big. There was no front desk associate at 9:00 to check us out, had to leave our key or drive to a sister hotel near by.

We were courteously greeted and given a little breakfast goodie bag with juices and wrapped pastries at check in- which was a lovely gesture. The room was impeccably clean- there was a Keurig, refrigerator and microwave in the room.The lawn well manicured and the pool offset from the main lodge overlooking the St Lawrence a delight to use. There were plenty of Adirondack chairs to relax on as well.

Loved the river behind the property. The coffee was very good. Nice size rooms.

The pipe under the sink was leaking every time you use the sink. No possibility to use the laptop plugged in unless you unplug a light. No charging station at the bed for the phone either.

We arrived late and had a comfortable night in our clean, air conditioned room complete with coffee machine and mini fridge. The hotel is located along the St.Lawrence River which is stunning. Just one mile down the street is the main facility that offered us free breakfast. Visitors will be surprised by immaculate grounds with a beautiful pool and deck area on the river. It was really quite a pleasant surprise and had an old world but still updated feel. The price is right! Highly recommend and would be a fun place for a family reunion.

We really don't have any complaints. Know that the hotel is not new, but it has been well maintained.

Private, clean, felt like we had the whole entire property to ourselves. Beautiful setting for sunsets and ships.

Everything was fantastic. The room was perfect. It was comfortable and clean, nicely decorated and well taken care of. Loved the refrigerator with separate large freezer, the microwave and the coffee maker. We would stay again.
