There was an issue correction on state of my reservation. Reservation was for CANTON, GA...Booking.com made reservation for Canton NY. What a fiasco!! Judy, the most cordial/helpful person on your staff. She called Canton, NY and explained the staff and in mean time, Judy scheduled me into a room in CANTON, GA a d made sure everything flowed as nirmal circumstances. Kudos to Fairfield for selecting this employee, JUDY!!,

Our stay was perfect from mixed up reservation turned into a delight.

It was a great experience and the entire hockey team and families had so much fun. The pool was lovely and the barbeque area was ideal for our group.

Booking was a bit difficult and I don't know what went wrong, I tried to book online at the hotel's website and it said it was full. Then I called to book and they wouldn't take the group room block information and I was about to give up but then was able to book it on bookings.com

I wasn’t able to get points for my rewards account because I booked using booking.com which was disappointing. Breakfast was sub par. Not worth free breakfast. Coffee was also not great. Front desk did not have a bottle opener. Also disappointing. I may try Best Western next time if I have to stay. I’ve heard it’s less expensive and there’s a restaurant on site.

Very clean hotel, we had a nice spacious room. All in all, it was a good place to stay. There's a supermarket right next store and gas is close too.

The elevator is very noisy, but I like that it is big. The pool is on the small side. Beds are not horrible, but there is a lot of room for improvement.

My son was having his college graduation in the area. This place was prefect. Love that it had the pool, workout room. The yard has a grill and a fire pit. It was relaxing. They also made breakfasts.

Wish they had a laundry room for you to do your own laundry. Other than that, it was great.

College Open House- very close - best night sleep I have had in a long time - my daughter said the same - clean - bathroom tub and shower clean and working- full breakfast- had plenty of choices

Section first day they did not have meat, Just scrambled eggs, and when they brought out couple of sausage cousants the center was ice cold.

Great Breakfast, nice new facilities. Very clean... bright, big clean rooms.. excellent staff.

Pool was very small. Air Conditioner made a high pitched sound all night which distracted from a restful sleep... may have just been the one room. Overall though a great place to stay.

Breakfast was very good, they had a variety of items to choose from.

The pool could have been bigger.
