Small clean functional rooms. Helpful staff and easy access to Potsdam points of interest. For the price charged, expected a stay at Taj Mahal.

Outrageous price! Paid $ 660+ for three days. Normal $70 to $85/ day. Attended grandson graduation at SUNY Potsdam. Hotel prices Outrageous!!! Made reservation in March for May 17 college graduation.

Staff was very friendly. Love the old fashion key. Close to stores and gas station/Dunkin Donuts. Bed was comfortable. Good hot water for shower. Appreciate having a microwave and fridge.

This is my third year coming here and they still have terrible TV reception. Trying to watch a good movie and it keeps cutting out. Terrible satellite TV. Need new shower head still.

The location was great, close to Clarkson. The price was reasonable and the 2 guys I interacted with during my stay were pleasant.

There weren't any negatives. A bit of brown water (rust) came out of the faucet and showerhead when I first ran it, but quickly dissipated.

The owner of this beautiful property is such a lovely host. She welcomed us as if we were family in her home. We were greeted each morning with good coffee, oatmeal, fruit and muffins.

Beds were comfy and clean but a tad bit small for us used to sharing a king size bed. We still slept well both nights cozied together.

Gentleman was professional and friendly. Great location to Walmart and Aldi. Restaurants nearby. Room was very clean. Quiet. Like using old fashion keys.

Needs a new shower head. Not enough water coming out. TV kept cutting out in the middle of shows I was watching. It keeps saying about searching for data.

Not a luxury property, but no complaints. It would have been nice to have a bedside table on both sides of the queen bed.

Staff was amazing, it was in the middle of the blizzard and they helped me shovel out my car help me get to the hotel by shoveling the drive-through. It was amazing.

The breakfast was basic continental but the coffee was very good and the woman who was working in the morning went out of her way to help with a specific dietary requirement - she was lovely!

Excellent place. Easy to find and accessible; staff were courteous and efficient; room was immaculate- large, open and airy; well equipped with microwave and mini fridge
