The breakfast was nice, of course. The view from the hotel for St. Lawrence River was very beautiful. The hotel room was very friendly to me, because it gave me a friendly feeling to nature.
Probably, the neighborhood was very safe, so this was not so serious problem, but I felt worried a bit because one of the windows in the shower room was not locked.

Location was excellent--beautiful view! The efficiency townhouse was perfect--clean, lots of room, and the beds were super comfy! Our TV was not working and staff came to our room to fix for us.
Could have been shoveled better with salt put down since it was so cold and icy. We were disappointed that the included breakfast was not available; we found out after we went to eat and had to inquire at the front desk about it.

The Sunday "cook to order" left a bit to be desired. The French toast I had looked and tasted like it was left over....

Great location with clean comfortable rooms.
Rooms very clean but somewhat dated. Need better boat parking and plugs for tournament anglers

We were overjoyed when we opened the door for our stay. Everything was tastefully decorated and well thought out for a traveler. We traveled 7 hrs to go to a very special concert in Heuveton and this was the cherry on top. We had the best time. THANK YOU

The cabin rooms were an amazing deal, very spacious. I was so happy with my stay I extended it a night. Breakfast was wonderful and watching the stars and looking over to Canada at the docks on the St. Lawrence River was amazing.

This facility was charming. It reminded me of places we would stay when I was a child. It had the homey check in desk, separate outdoor entrances to the rooms, outdoor activities for the kids, and so forth. The room was clean. There was a full refrigerator in my room, a sitting area, and a complete bathroom. The water pressure was great. Breakfast was good as well. Plenty of choices and a nice atmosphere to eat in. Very nice!
I was happy with the whole stay. There is nothing I would have changed at this time.
