The staff was extremely friendly and helpful! They regularly checked in to make sure I had everything I needed. The cleaning staff was also extremely friendly, and very respectful of any items left in the room.

The only thing I was worried about was that there was no key/card entry to the hallways that access the individual rooms. It felt a little bit like anyone could walk in, and that the only thing between me and someone that was potentially not staying at the hotel, was just the room door lock alone. Normally I wouldn't be too worried about this, however with all the issues and break ins happening downtown, it did have a me a bit worried.

Very nice new hotel. We booked it randomly on our way to Montreal and it was great. You can definitely find a better price in this area, but not for what we had. Very nice and comfortable room with a king size bed, friendly and honest staff and a small breakie included. Very nice, I recommend it 100%.

A bit of noise from other guests because they had hockey players staying, but the staff warned us in advance, which was really nice.

The price and last minute discount with a breakfast was perfect for our needs.

I understand they are going through renovations in order to change franchises to Hilton. I assume the price and quality will both increase. I think this is great for the hotel however I don't stay with Hilton as their status matching is terrible. Will not return once it becomes Hilton even with no Marriott's in the area.

The bed was comfortable, the staff are very accommodating, the room is clean and renovated.

The breakfast was OK, not very hot would have liked to be able to use a microwave to heat up the food. I think the gentlemen who was taking care of the breakfast probably would have heating up the food if I had asked seeing they don't want us to bring our food to our room.

The room was fine no bathtub just a shower which we prefer.

We had to pay a 200 fee up front which is fine as it was to be returned if all was good. I used my debit card on Thursday and I still do not have my money. Where is it?? Not $20 its $200. That isnt right.

It was an awesome experience for me and my kids. I requested for an early check in and they made it possible. The staffs are so friendly and welcoming.

Maybe fumigation due to spiders crawling around in the room.

Good location off the 401 Room was clean Check in was easy .. person at the front desk was very helpful and courteous Breakfast was appreciated

I would preferred a large firm pillow and a firm mattress on the bed

I booked a handicap room to guarantee a first floor room as I have mobility issues and the hotel does not have an elevator.To my surprise the room had a bathtub instead of a walk in shower like all the other rooms. I immediately went to the front office and requested a room with a walk in shower. No problem but a little upset that I paid more for the first room. Next time I will call ahead to make sure my room is on the first floor. My review is mainly for the first room. The second room.was very good.

We liked it was convenient to very good restaurants. Fast food and full course meals . Very quiet and clean and welcoming of our cats . We will return if we are in need of accommodation in the area

Was in a good location just off the highway. Close to restaurants both fast food and sit down, most within a short walk. Grocery store was also walkable, was nice since there was a fridge and microwave. It is also dog friendly.

The hotel is definitely older and didn’t have an automatic push button or opening, was kind of a pain since since there were 2 sets of doors to the lobby. The breakfast although pretty decent had a weird room set up.
