Location is great. Walk to everything. Quiet place. There is a charge for parking. The included breakfast on Sunday was better than Saturday. The choices were good. Dry cereals or oatmeal. English Muffins bagels toast mini pancakes made to order yoghurts juices fresh fruit hot items beans home fries sausages and preformed round egg omelette things which were tasteless but nicely into an English muffin. Coffee was good. The friendly attentive young staff did a great job cleaning up after us and replenishing supplies. There is room to eat indoors or out on patio.

Business suite with jacuzzi was dark and small for the cost but bed and pillows were clean and comfortable

Loved the location. Such a wonderful place to stay with your dog with so many scenic walking routes around you. Pet fee is reasonable. Parking fee surprised me. I thought parking should be free. Desk and chair was nice for doing computer work. Wifi was reliable. I enjoyed having a bathtub, fridge, and microwave. I would grab yogurts, fruits, and oatmeal from the breakfast bar in the morning.

Allowed smoking on the property, right under my balcony. The balcony is not individual, you are sharing with 4 other rooms. The TV and picture quality was very very poor. The vending machines are canadian cash only, no cards.

The property was extremely clean and the staff wonderful, from the front desk to anyone you met in the hallways and outside. They were helpful and very polite. Loved the outside space in front of hotel to sit and have a cool beverage. We met interesting people from everywhere. Location was perfect for our activities (saw a Play then had dinner at Riva next door, which never disappoints). Breakfast was included. Choices for everyone (hot and cold). By the way, breakfast room staff are extremely welcoming. Thank you.

A little disappointed that we were not assigned a room in front (for the price), but to be fair the Hotel was fully booked. The rooms in the back do not have an outside space to sit. We made due with heading to the front and we were glad we did.

The check in girl was very friendly with us and our kids, but didn't know a lot about the nearby activities. Not the end of the world because we had Internet on one of our phones. The location is fantastic, walking distance to a playground and beach on the lake, and the marina, and walking distance to the little town, where there's a nice little coffee shop called Pistachio. The room was great, with a balcony and comfortable beds. The indoor pool was just ok, and if it was bad weather the kids would have enjoyed it but we just went to the beach.

Breakfast was as expected for a Comfort Inn. Nothing great, but there's enough to choose from that you won't go hungry. I had potatoes from the hot food buffet, but the scrambled eggs come in perfect round circles that are a bit plasticky and unappetizing. There was cereal, bread and butter and jam, and some fruit, and yogurt cups.

We were pleasantly surprised at the high standard of this property. Picturesque location in the historic part of Gananoque. Friendly and helpful staff. Huge room. Excellently appointed with everything one could possibly need. Surprisingly high ceilings. Very comfy beds. Microwave. Whirlpool fridge with mini freezer. Drip coffee maker. Individually wrapped plastic and paper cups. Enormous full length mirror. Blackout blinds. Gym, pool, sauna! Left too early to have breakfast, but as they were setting up, it looked promising.

Door to hallway not soundproof. Thankfully it wasn’t too busy. Water fountain in gym did not work.

Best location in Gananoque! We walked everywhere and spent time in the lovely Joel Stone park. Swimming pool was great, so nice to pop intonsauna for post swim warmup. Breakfast was so convenient and had nice variety (hard boiled eggs, sausage and egg rounds, yogurt, cereal, apples, oranges, toasts, coffee, juice). My kids loved the pancake maker! Room was small but comfortable, beds super comfy. Coffee maker, microwave, fridge.

AC in room was really loud, it unfortunately woke me up several times first night, we rurned it off and opened a window 2nd night. Taste of eggs rounds was not very good, I ate hard boiled eggs instead, other than that, no complaints.

Pleasant reception staff and quick check in. Had requested quiet room, so was put on the second floor at the back. Comfortable bed. Not far from several eateries. I was able to attend a play at the Thousand Islands Playhouse in the evening.

No elevator. Breakfast room didn't have enough room for all the guests. I had to take my breakfast to my room and noticed someone else in the hallway doing the same. I think parking should be included with the room price.

The location was perfect for walking to restaurants and boat cruise dock. Staff was pleasant and helpful and breakfast offering was extensive. I was happy for the variety of gluten free bread, a different one each day, which was available upon request.

Not a huge deal but a couple of issues in the gym. Sign requested that machines be wiped down with sanitized tissues after each use but the dispenser was not dispensing, although you could see it was full. This was also reported to the front desk but still not resolved by the next day. A broken power cord on the Elliptical machine was reported and did get fixed, but once on it, discovered it was wobbly and terribly noisy. Opted for the treadmill instead.

Well, the staff there allowed me to check-in a little earlier than I was supposed to and that I really appreciated it. I was very tired and needed a place to sleep after traveling from Edmonton and stayed up almost the whole night cooking for my uncle who's a priest, for his silver jubilee (25) of priesthood, the 2 staffs on duty made my life much easier I got enough sleep before going back to the party.

I love the smiles of the staffs and their unique understanding, the breakfast looks good too although I didn't eat any because at the time sleep was the only thing in my mind but I saw what the guests were eating and I almost forgot how tired I was to go and start eating, but my eyes failed me.😅 😀

Easy to find the motel from the highway and a very quiet room. Walk in shower was convenient for a senior person like myself. The breakfast was perfect for a senior and very well presented and easy to use the equipment.

My sister and myself had no complaints. We did have a little trouble with the TV but were able to figure out how to get different channels. Apart from that, no complaints. Next time I would book direct, instead of through a third party and would likely receive a better rate.
