Our room was spacious and very clean. It had a small balcony facing the river which was nice to sit out on. The bed was comfortable and the room well appointed. The AC worked well, and the shower water was hot. The view to the river was lovely and was the highlight of the room. We had a one night stop here while on a road trip. It was a perfect spot to stop but I couldn't imagine staying any longer.

It was a little confusing to check-in. You need to go to the pub next door to do so and this is not made clear. There are no staff on hand in the building itself. While this was not a problem for us, some may want to know this information as the doors are left open all night to access the stairs to the rooms. It seems like the Inn, the pub and the restaurant we had breakfast in all have the same owner. For the price of the room, it would have been nice to have breakfast included.

Rockport is located close to the the international bridge. The Inn shares property with a pub/restaurant and the Rockport cruise boats so it's quite a convenient place. the rooms are nice, with a porch off the back overlooking the water. nice bathroom. we've stayed there twice and had a nice room each time. there also is a general store where you can pick up souvenirs as well as treats and sandwiches. Rockport is a quaint, tiny place with a proud history.

we arrived after Labor Day so the pub had limited hours and the breakfast place was closed . they provided driving directions to a different Cafe out of town but we didn't use it as we were travelling with a cooler and food. in one room. the freezer section of the little fridge had so much built up frost that nothing fit in the freezer. I defrosted the morning we were leaving so it's ready now!

Practically everything about our stay was perfect. We spent 2 nights in the suite, and it was awesome for my family with kids. The space was comfortable, clean, and well-suited for all of us. Plus, the great location was a huge advantage — everything we needed was there, which made our trip even more enjoyable. Highly recommended for families!

Some more options for food./

The setting was wonderful! The staff we met had to apologise for the fact that they were locking the main building as it was a Sunday, and were also closed on the Monday. Very disappointing as we hadn’t known this in advance (or probably wouldn’t have stayed there!) The room was superb, but we had quite a drive to find dinner that night, and also had to have breakfast next morning in Gananoque…. So, sadly no relaxing at our hotel, or meeting fellow guests.. usually a key, enjoyable part of a holiday. It all felt a bit lonely! Rockport is very beautiful however, just wish we could have made more of our stay there!

The fact that the actual hotel, bar and restaurant were closed during our stay, and we hadn’t been informed in advance of this. We didn’t even have time to reconsider our stay, or ask for a refund and go elsewhere as no staff members left on site!

We loved the service and location! It was a pleasant stay, and our room was waterfront. The shops and the restaurant also had great service. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were very clean. We loved that the floors in our room were not carpeted. It was very quiet even when lots of people came through the port to take a boat tour. We will return!

We would have enjoyed more space in the bathroom. There was no counter space in the bathroom. It was a tight squeeze for my husband, who is 6 feet 3 inches tall. In the room, there was a very small rack to hang coats and only one metal hanger. We made due with the 2 drawers in our room for clothing and personal hygiene supplies.

We rented three rooms. Our stay was excellent. Thd staff, cleanliness, parking and location were exceptional. We were arriving from out of town and had requested an earlier check-in. They could not guarantee but in the end were able to accommodate us. The only downside was that we were cold. We could not turn up the heat and there was no extra blankets.

The location right beside the river was beautiful. The rooms were clean and comfortable.

Checking in was tricky. It was from 4pm onwards which we found a bit late. Also we had to seek out help at the pub and they checked us in, which was great, but they were slammed and we had to get to a wedding. That was our only interaction with any employees. The WiFi is unreliable or doesn’t work at all.

Located on the water! Room was comfortable! Good value for your money! Staff very friendly and accommodating. Arrived early to store luggage for day and allowed us to check in as room was ready.

Plugs weren’t working part of the time! It was after hours so unable to talk to anyone. Maybe a circuit tripped. Luckily, Next day everything was working again

The room was very cozy and a great view of the water. It had everything you could need. The area was adorable.

I was not given late check-in instructions, even though I called twice the day of before check-in hours listed were over. I arrived to all doors being locked and had to get late check-in instructions from another guest who had had the same problem when they checked in.

Everything was good, especially the location, except one thing.

There are 2 buildings. One with motel rooms and one with two floors, with larger units upstairs. We stayed in one of those larger units. There was a strong and constant smell of propane gas from the tanks stored on the first floor of the building. I've asked the hotel people about it, but they said it was normal. To me, it didn't feel normal. I don't think this smell is there in the first building (motel rooms).
