This was a super cute little Inn with a lot of little personal touches which were a nice change from your typical big hotel chain. The owners were nice and knowledgeable. The restaurant on site was top notch and well worth the money. The breakfast that was dropped off each morning was perfect. I highly recommend the Woodview Inn.

There is nothing that I did not like. We loved it all. If I had to make a suggestion to improve things, I would love to see that dogs are welcome (beyond service animals). It would be great to be able to return with my puppy.

The owners and the staff make this place. They are very welcoming, friendly, and work together as a great team to make your stay special. A love of the inn is evident in everyone. The boxed breakfast had lots of fresh fruit, a muffin, a granola bar as well as orange juice and Prosecco. Good coffee was available downstairs or in your room. The patio was a great place to enjoy breakfast. The beds were very comfortable. Dinner at Graydon's was excellent; again, we had a very personable server. Thank you! Great neighbourhood for walking and admiring the lovely homes and gardens.

The stairs to our rooms on the third floor are steep and there is no elevator. Given that we are seniors, we would probably book a room on the main or second floor next time

The inn is beautiful. Decorated so well. Whether you sit in the lounge with a glass of wine or on the patio wonderful. Stayed up on the third floor in the suite so comfortable and quiet. The breakfast delivered to outside my door was amazing Proseco and OJ! Not to mention the other goodies. Had dinner at Graydon (sorry for spelling). Again amazing. Had the grilled Pickering. All staff friendly including housekeeping and owners. Will definitely be going back

Absolutely nothing

Great location, beautifully presented, clean and homely. Made to feel very welcome. Our hosts, John & Steve were divine and a delight to meet. Melanie, our waitress, was bubbly, pleasant and a joy to meet. Nothing was too much trouble and service was prompt, polite and professional. We dined in the on site restaurant - the food was absolutely delicious and cooked to perfection. We were also delighted and honoured to join John & Steve in the comfortable lounge area after dinner where they were entertaining some friends. Thank you all for a great stay - we will be back 😊😊

Nothing to dislike.

The location is fantastic, only a short walk to Gannanoque centre. The main building is also lovely, although we didn't spend much time there due to being out and about! We've been travelling through Canada for three weeks so really appreciated the complimentary breakfast cooler each morning which held a range of goodies- nice not to have to go in search of a cooked meal for a few mornings and to have some fresh fruit! A really nice and unexpected touch- thank you.

The only thing that was less than ideal was the shower which took easily over 5 minutes once running to warm and had very low water pressure which can be a challenge when you have a lot of hair to wash! Other than that, nothing at all!

Great hosts ( Steve & John ), excellent service ! Dinner was delicious , but a little a little on the heavy side in terms of sauces and presentation . Melanie was a wonderful hostess and server and was eager to please and pleasant to chat with . Very friendly staff and would certainly return and highly recommend this lovely establishment PS I have a gluten free diet and the chef had several choices on the dinner menu that provided some great dinner options, and our hosts made sure we had Gluten free breakfast options which was a nice and thoughtful touch ! Thanks to all the staff

The location was great! Walking distance to the town centre, but not so close that it felt busy. Nice residential area. The breakfast was so kind! Cheese, scone, muffin, granola bars, orange juice, prosecco, plum, orange, apples. Lovely building, great atmosphere, kind and welcoming staff and owners.

A bit more expensive than our usual accommodations budget, but a nice treat for our anniversary. Worth it for one night for sure!

Beautiful classic building with a relaxing atmosphere. The bed is incredibly comfortable. Staff were very nice and helpful. Ample parking and walking distance to the harbour and downtown shops. Next time we will stay 2 nights.

Can't think of anything. As others said, you don't get a traditional breakfast, but we knew that going in and aren't big breakfast people so not a minus for us.

The decor was gorgeous, rooms were very comfortable, the patio out back was lovely, the staff was very friendly and welcoming! My friend Bonnie and I loved our stay at the Woodview Inn!

If I could make a suggestion it would be to have 2 chairs in the double room. We were there during a heat wave and one of us had to lie down to enjoy a drink in our otherwise lovely and cool room.

I truly appreciated the friendly and welcoming atmosphere as well as the gorgeous interior and the many personal touches the hosts John and Stephen have added creating a unique and cosy place. I warmly recommend the Inn which is a rare delight at a really great price. I will definitely return if I have the pleasure of visiting the equally gorgeous 1000 island region again.

The only, one tiny thing I can think of is to add a piece of bread to the otherwise very well assorted breakfast basket for people like myself who avoid eating sugar in the morning.
