Outstanding and very affordable place to stay in Kingston with family or group. Located next to the military base, barely a 5 min. drive from downtown and waterfront. The room was a bit more spacious than expected, with the sofa-bed in a separate room from the 2 queen beds. The AC worked well and wasn't too loud. The room was in an overall good shape, including the bathroom, bath and shower head, beds, sofa-bed, tables and carpets. Our family enjoyed the free self-serve breakfast with options such as hard-boiled eggs, waffle maker, cereal, chocolate chip muffins, bread, yogurt and coffee. Staff and other visitors were friendly. The motel exceeded our expectations!

Would've liked to see options for recycling.

The manager at the desk was great. We had an upgrade when he said he had no cribs. He was also flexible with our time of arrival and late breakfast. These are not minor gestures when you have a family and we really appreciated this. Everything was clean and the beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was much better than at other motels. It was the cheapest hotel that night. So we are very happy with the value. There is an outdoor pool but did not try it as it was the winter.

The location was remote from the city center and the highway.

Place was clean and comfortable and for a great price. Breakfast was delicious. The Staff was amazing. We had an issue getting the coin laundry to work and talk to a staff member about it he took our laundry and did it in there personal washer and dryer well we were gone seeing our son in the hospital and when we returned back our laundry was clean and sitting in our room on our bed.

Room was nice, bed comfortable, love the little kitchenette. Pool was clean. I like that I can park directly in front of my room. I always like staying somewhere with free breakfast. Nothing fancy but all you need for breakfast and to get your day going. And just a few minutes drive to downtown Kingston.

Would be nice to have chairs outside of each room so as to be able to sit and relax on the porch. Glad I brought my folding lawn chair. Need to replace the light fixture in the kitchenette area.

The room was clean. Bathroom had good amenities. Place was very comfortable and little kitchenette was a blessing. Many plug points. Bed and pillows were very comfortable. Breakfast was good and front desk staff were very good. All in all it was value for money. Close to downtown but not in the middle of it which I liked coz it was quiet and safe

The staff were very accommodating and provided great service. The room was very clean and the facilities were in good order. The breakfast was varied and of very good quality.

Booking from overseas we were unaware the position of the motel was quite a distance out of town and with the bridge being out it was a long way from town. If you have your own vehicle it would be fine but unfortunately we didn’t.

The best nights sleep I've had on my trip, the beds and pillows are super comfortable, the blackout drapes actually do their job, the area is extremely quiet. The room and bathroom are clean. I loved the soap/shampoo dispenser in the shower (finally!!), it makes it so much easier with kids. Great breakfast. Loved the pool and picnic area with trees all around. The property is well maintained and the owners are clearly sparing no effort to make their guests feel welcome. Overall a perfectly peaceful and enjoyable stay.

The walls and ceiling need washing, it looks like many people (ourselves included) have swatted a good number of insects in the room (whose presence is understandable given the area but still unpleasant). Also, despite all the positives, I think the room is overpriced for a motel.

Shared door... with noisy bunny/neighbors, that wasn't enjoyable. Not the fault of the establishment but we sont get why we have to share doors with Strangers... No waffle available on week days

The room was quiet. The couple who ran the motel always tried their best to fulfill our request. They were kind and always readily available. I was expecting a simple continental breakfast, but the waffle machine was a pleasant surprise. The breakfast area was at capacity when we were there, but they managed to keep things organized and the food and coffee was refilled promptly.

The room had everything we need: a stove, utilities for cooking, dishes, water kettle, fridge, a/c, etc, but it was a bit outdated.

Great breakfast which featured toast, cereal, juice, fruit, yogurt, muffins and an egg and sausage bun you could heat up in the microwave. The owner was very accommodating and hard working. Very close to Kingston, although the bridge construction could add an extra 30 minutes to your travel time into Kingston. This should be remedied once the construction is over (check on-line). This hotel was only a 20 minute drive to the lovely town of Gananoque. We would definitely stay here again. We really appreciated the fridge and microwave in the room. Very quiet and clean.
