Outstanding and very affordable place to stay in Kingston with family or group. Located next to the military base, barely a 5 min. drive from downtown and waterfront. The room was a bit more spacious than expected, with the sofa-bed in a separate room from the 2 queen beds. The AC worked well and wasn't too loud. The room was in an overall good shape, including the bathroom, bath and shower head, beds, sofa-bed, tables and carpets. Our family enjoyed the free self-serve breakfast with options such as hard-boiled eggs, waffle maker, cereal, chocolate chip muffins, bread, yogurt and coffee. Staff and other visitors were friendly. The motel exceeded our expectations!

Would've liked to see options for recycling.

The manager at the desk was great. We had an upgrade when he said he had no cribs. He was also flexible with our time of arrival and late breakfast. These are not minor gestures when you have a family and we really appreciated this. Everything was clean and the beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was much better than at other motels. It was the cheapest hotel that night. So we are very happy with the value. There is an outdoor pool but did not try it as it was the winter.

The location was remote from the city center and the highway.

I don't get why this place has 2 stars only: rooms are spacious, clean and comfy, with wide screens and well equipped. Couch extra bed available and already set, for families of 5+

Breakfast area doesn't have many tables and it is sometimes crowded. Breakfast is essential (no scrambled eggs, boiled only, no sausages, cheese or ham), but you can make your waffles and heat your toasts or buns

Place was clean and comfortable and for a great price. Breakfast was delicious. The Staff was amazing. We had an issue getting the coin laundry to work and talk to a staff member about it he took our laundry and did it in there personal washer and dryer well we were gone seeing our son in the hospital and when we returned back our laundry was clean and sitting in our room on our bed.

Nothing To dislike here

Room was nice, bed comfortable, love the little kitchenette. Pool was clean. I like that I can park directly in front of my room. I always like staying somewhere with free breakfast. Nothing fancy but all you need for breakfast and to get your day going. And just a few minutes drive to downtown Kingston.

Would be nice to have chairs outside of each room so as to be able to sit and relax on the porch. Glad I brought my folding lawn chair. Need to replace the light fixture in the kitchenette area.

Staff very helpful and friendly. I give them a call regarding an issue I have and within minutes, the door knocks and someone comes in and fixes it. We stayed late on breakfast, and they gave us nothing but smiles. Thumbs up.

It is bit pricy to pay 300+$ for one night, but I guess all hotels in Kingston during the time we stayed were at the high cost level.

Friendly, welcoming and helpful staff. Accommodation roomy with plenty of space for our family of five. Spotlessly clean with soft towels and comfortable beds. Quiet and felt very safe. Good breakfast- reasonable choice. Easy to find and only a short drive to main attractions. Excellent value.

More seating and space for breakfast.

The room was clean. Bathroom had good amenities. Place was very comfortable and little kitchenette was a blessing. Many plug points. Bed and pillows were very comfortable. Breakfast was good and front desk staff were very good. All in all it was value for money. Close to downtown but not in the middle of it which I liked coz it was quiet and safe

The staff were very accommodating and provided great service. The room was very clean and the facilities were in good order. The breakfast was varied and of very good quality.

Booking from overseas we were unaware the position of the motel was quite a distance out of town and with the bridge being out it was a long way from town. If you have your own vehicle it would be fine but unfortunately we didn’t.

Shared door... with noisy bunny/neighbors, that wasn't enjoyable. Not the fault of the establishment but we sont get why we have to share doors with Strangers... No waffle available on week days
