Breakfast was good, many options. The room was fine, we were able to park in front of the room and bring our luggage through the patio door. Location was great, close to the public transportation and downtown Kingston. Many places to eat, big supermarket close by.

When we got to Canada from the US we lost the internet, so we were unable to navigate GPS. I called the hotel and the clerk told me that the street we were on would take us to the hotel. It was not true. I called again, but he did not pick up the phone. It was really upsetting. The sign of the hotel from the street we were on is hidden in the bushes. A nice lady Debbie helped us to get to the hotel, but the clerk could've given us better directions.

The breakfast was very good. I like the building concept as each room has a exist door ( on the ground floor) we did not have to walk to the reception to packkup our luggages.

Basically, everything was okay, Just that the door by the reception doesn't have accessibility to open door remotely, so if one is holding an heavy luggages, you would have to use your leg to hold-on to the door. Also, the bathroom door in our room was squeaking, we had to apply oil to stop the noise each time to enter the bathroom which was very annoying. Otherwise, everything was perfect!

We enjoyed a very clean updated room. They were able to accommodate our request to be next to my mother who used a walker. The staff was wonderful and very helpful. The breakfast was great with hot and cold offerings. The breakfast staff was friendly courteous and went out of their way to make sure you well fed. The hotel it self was clean. Loacation close to hwy and shopping and not far from the downtown area.

Our bathroom fan was not working but not an issue for over night stay. We reported it the next morning so it could be repaired for the next guest.

It was a good experience, the staff was so kind and accommodating. Continental Breakfast was pretty good. The rooms were clean and we especially liked that the room was a ground floor, where we could have access through our sliding door to our car parked directly infront of it. We had a late check in after driving through a snow storm, so it was nice to check in then be able to get to the car and have direct access from our room. It was great not have to go through the main lobby but rather just put our sleeping kids right into the bed.

I'm a retired international airline agent and details are my name and my passion! We checked-in yesterday at about 2;30pm and initially were advised that our 2 x double-bed room wasn't quite ready but then the nice lady at Reception, Ms Sue, suggested a King room instead, so that we could check-in right away, to which we agreed. Room 133 was indeed quiet and very comfortable, from the King-size bed and all the bed linens crispy fresh. There were at least 6 pillows of different weight to choose from, which I like. We used the parking out front and had no problem finding a spot with our Accessible Parking permit for my husband's bad knees awaiting surgery. Breakfast was ample and had many choices, even a waffle-maker! All the butters, cream cheese and yoghurts were kept in a small fridge, so you know they hadn't been sitting out... We had a very pleasant stay indeed. p.s. I tried to use my new Mastercard which required me to use a PIN, which I tried to do, twice. When it didn't accept it, I used my VISA, which worked well. After arriving home today, I checked my records and realized the reason my PIN didn't work: because a new card requires 3 tries with the Point of Sale machine before the system "takes". I had forgotten that rule and thought that it was OK as I used the Tap system for weeks with no problem. Now I feel foolish! I share this as it could happen to somebody else... Thank you, Ms Sue, for your patience and understanding in this crucial transaction! We will stay there again for sure! There are so many details in making and enjoying accommodation away from home and in our case, all went extremely well. There are several hotels/motels like the Comfort Inn in a small area of the 401 and Division St. in Kingston and we are glad we chose this one. It looked fully-booked, which in my book shows it is very customer-oriented and it showed, in many ways.

There is only one item I feel I need to share: the air conditioner/heating system. Unlike the rest of the room which looked newly renovated, the window cooling/heating system is old and a bit noisy when on "high". It cools and heats properly, but I couldn't find an "off" switch, so I just unplugged the unit for a few hours.

The friendly staff, comfortable beds to sleep and they always had a good breakfast plus all the stores and restaurants around the hotel was great !! A nice place to stay when you come to Kingston.

Usually a hotel has an elevator so I wasn’t fond of going up two flights of stairs to our room with all our baggages and there was no housekeeping every day.

Location is great. Walking distance to outlet mall, afew restaurants and movie theater across the road. We had done a movie one night there. Breakfast was good. Staff was friendly asking what sightseeing we took that day, remembered us from day before. Even phoned room when arrived to make sure everything was fine, Room was renovated, bed was comfortable.

No complaints,!

Good enough hotel to stay for a night or two. The hotel and the rooms were clean. Rooms were decent size. The staff was friendly.

The breakfast is basic and the seating space for breakfast is limited. We had booked two rooms and they gave us rooms at the opposite ends of the long corridor. It would have been nice to have adjacent rooms or at least close to one another.

We have stayed here many times, and are always pleased with the facility and staff. Great location, recently renovated/ upgraded. The breakfast is included and more than adequate. It is our go-to place when in the Kingston area!

I found that the pillows were too soft, which i didn't recall from past stays. Even though it's only two floors. it would have been nice if they installed an elevator during renovations...

I was extremely surprised on the detail of cleanliness at Comfort Inn from the stairwells to the bathroom baseboards! The beds were comfy. They offer different density pillows for your comfort. The towels are fluffy with a nice fragrance. A standard breakfast was provided, including waffles.
