The staff was very well behaved. Food is the restaurant was very good. The location cannot be better.

At first I didn’t believe it, but eventually it became clear to me that the floor in my room was slightly tilted, which was a bit odd. It didn’t actually make any meaningful difference, but once I figured it felt weird to me that the hotel will have a room like that. Another thing I didn’t like was that the staff didn’t assemble the pack-and-play that I requested from them. All other hotels that we stayed during this trip assembled the crib for us. Also related, the first pack-and-play that they gave us was broken.

good location - waterfront with the view of the marina and walkable to everything. staff was friendly. enjoyed having a gym at the property

the room was functional but very sparsely decorated. the worst part was that the air conditioner was very loud. it only allowed the fan on or off (i.e. no high/low settings). It was impossible to sleep with the a/c on due to the noise, so had to turn it off. I then had to turn it back on in the middle of the night as it got too hot.

Excellent location, friendly staff, parking was a plus (price was steep)

We booked for two nights, the price went up for the Friday night, we received no fresh towels, we did not receive a coffee pod to replace the used one and no creamer. Neither did we get a complimentary breakfast as we went through booking .com. I had to go on line as the number given through Bell was continually busy. These are small complaints but it’s the little things that matter. I had already made the bed so if we had not hung up our towels we would if had damp towels for the morning. Is this the new normal now?

Excellent location. Very friendly and helpful staff. A nice bar in the lobby. Clean rooms with a good view and very comfortable beds. Great pool. Not a lot of floors so easy to navigate. Second time staying here and would choose it again in a heartbeat.

It's a bit weird having to walk through the parking garage to enter and exit as a pedestrian. Rooms run cold - I had to turn the thermostat up to 23 degrees until it felt reasonable.

Place was clean, beds were comfortable, very central to the area. Staff were very friendly, was busy but not insane

Pool bit small and not managed- when I was there a gentleman was letting his child dive into the pool with no regard for other swimmers. Also changing facilities at the pool limited.

Location and view from the view were awesome. The rockfish was delicious, expertly cooked. The front desk staff were amazing, kind and patient. It was a 61st anniversary, the surprised us with complimentary sparkling wine and chocolates. Cleaning staff friendly and lovely .

The wait staff seemed cold towards us when I told them we would not all be ordering. They seemed to become a bit short with us.

The location and view from our room was lovely. The staff were friendly and very welcoming. Kingston is a lovely place to visit with plenty of nice places to eat and drink. We went on the trolley bus and enjoyed visiting the fort.

I think the car parking should be part of the overnight price.

Great location and walkability to everything! Staff were very friendly and were accommodating to our requests/needs. The parking garage attendant was extremely friendly, made sure our vehicle would fit under the sign and then brought us a baggage trolley. We had an issue twice with our room keys not working and the front desk staff were extremely apologetic and worked with us to make sure we got in our room. Lovely open warm decorating throughout the hotel even with upgrades and renovations. This was our first time staying here and we wanted to check it out for a family wedding in Feb 2024. The mural on the underneath of the hotel walkway is very interesting and cool.

We had a double Queen room and we felt like it was small and tripping over each other! Not a deal breaker …

Breakfast was not included. We were right downtown and had a beautiful room overlooking the marina. We didn’t get a chance to use the pool. All the staff we encountered were friendly and polite. Great stay.

The air conditioning was noisy but it worked well. The mini fridge didn’t seem very cold and I couldn’t see where to adjust it. Although we didn’t need it, there was no microwave. Other than that, great stay.

The location is excellent as it is central and most points of interest/restaurants are within walking distance. Breakfast at Aquaterra was good. The room was a good size and clean.

The only complaint is the air conditioner in the room was very noisy and blew cold air right at you. No central air available and this made the room not as desirable.
