It was quiet and super clean. Room was up to date, nice wood flooring. To be honest, ive slept in quiet a few hotel and motel beds due to traveling and I havent ever had a good sleep in one until I stayed here. No clue what bed it was but i need one because I havent had a good sleep like that in a long time! Owner was so nice, close to so many places to eat and shop. Highly recommend and I plan on staying here again soon!

Everything was great. The room was very clean, the bed was comfy and the floor was not carpet. The room also had a fridge and microwave which was super handy. Loved the glass screen door, you could leave the front door open and get the sun without getting the cold. The location was great, a short drive into downtown and plenty of parking. There are shops, grocery stores and restaurants nearby. Easy check in and check out and the staff were very friendly.

Clean, comfortable, friendly & attentive staff--what a gem! It's not at all fancy, but has everything I needed, it all worked well (hot water, heating, lamp, phone to contact front desk), Linens & curtains clearly updated recently. Location was great for me coming from the train, also near 401. Incredible value for the price.

I would've liked an in-room coffee maker. And I'd have happily paid a little more for a little continental breakfast. But there's a Tim Horton's 3 minutes' walk away.

Very clean, and pleasantly surprised with the radiator (steam) heaters: walking into the warm room was the best welcome. I was so glad that the room was not equipped with that typical fan-heater that motels usually have. The room seemed recently updated, the floor, bathroom and sheets very clean, and mattresses comfortable. Also, personally, I prefer to go to independent (family-run) businesses than franchises.

A coffee maker in the room would be nice, but not critical to me.

Our room was away from the street, quiet and of a good size. The room was cleaned daily. There was a wide parking spot marked with the room number right in front of the room. The bathroom had a window to the outside, not just a fan like most places, resulting in better ventilation and less noise.

My ID was scanned at check-in. Other places only check that the data matches the reservation. I felt a bit uncomfortable about this. The pillow covers were navy blue - matching the bed cover. I would have trusted the cleanliness of white ones better. The towels were ok, but a bit on the worn out side. The filter of the window A/C unit was very dusty - maybe because it was the end of the hot season. We did not need to use it, we would have avoided using it anyway.

Staff was extremely friendly, room was wonderful... great value for the money!

If you are looking for location, this model is close to Tim Hortons, grocery store and gas stations. You need to drive to shopping and restaurants. About 15 drive to down town Kingston and water front. Outside of motel is old looking, still old school with key to open door. The room was clean, laminate flooring, bed was good. Friendly staff, FREE parking. If you are just looking for a place to stay, with know high expectations you found it.

T.V sucked, no good channels. If you have your own streaming device, you may want to pack it

The people who worked there seemed very nice and treated me very well.

The sign on the AC read “Don,t Not Use AC” which I didnt know how to interpret, not really my complaint just something that should be changed. The bathroom door and main door were hard to close and you had to push the bathroom door into its hinges to get it to close.
