We loved that there was no carpet in the room. Game changer!!!! This made the room appear cleaner, larger, and brighter! I will definitely return!

I respect that during your stay you have to request cleaning for your room as this is not provided, which I didn't,and deeply regret not getting done halfway during our 4 night stay. As a family of four, we were provided with only 2 face cloths and had to ask for more. We also had to return to the front desk and ask for toilet paper as we were left 1/2 a roll for 4 days. Maybe after 48 hours, rooms should be provided fresh towels/face cloths and a restock.

I loved that there was coffee and muffins!! My pillows were great! Everything we needed was there. You have the basics covered which is awesome!

It's not that i didn't like them... but there were 2 minor things that came to mind The shower curtain was long so I was stepping on it, and I thought about all the other people that probably step on it and how it's not something that really gets cleaned. My issue... I doubt many think about things like that lol Also, it's kind of squishy sitting on the toilet. I'm an average sized person, so I wondered what it must be like for extra large sized people. Again, there was a toilet, for which I was thankful, but it was something I noticed

The person at the front desk for the check-in was great. Very nice man who explained the facilities and what was available for breakfast. The person was super friendly and very customer service oriented. We were pleased with the experience. The facility was clean and just prior to check-out we could see the staff going around prepping and cleaning the rooms for future guests, they were all polite and smiled or greeted us when walking by.

Some of the guests that arrived late were very noise and the ones leaving at 7 am were making so much noise that it woke us up. Given that you are waking up in a strange place, it makes the experience a bit negative but not due to the locations employees. Maybe a reminder could be given to guests that if leaving early, they should be mindful that other guests may not be leaving as early. The coffee was very weak, and they were only a couple of muffins left. We did not bother to eat them. Not sure if there was more selection than carrot and lemon so can't really give a review.

The rooms were pretty big compared to other options, considering I was traveling alone for work I had a great time staying there. They had a mini fridge and even a macro wave which is really rare! The quality and cleanness was definitely incredible I think the price is really cheap for what they provide. The staff were supper kind and helping they even served coffee in the lobby. Overall I had a great experience I would totally come back

This was a nice place to stay, convenient to everything in Kingston. There was no charge for our dogs to stay and we were on the ground floor, handy to take the dogs out. Also the room was not carpeted which was great for the dogs also. And there was grass and walkways/sidewalks suitable for a short dog walk early morning. Although there was no onsite restaurant, there were free muffins every morning (3 kinds) and free coffee and a variety of teas at all times. ( also close to a Tim Hortens and a convenience store). Our room was clean, a nice size - 2 Queen beds -and a good sized bathroom. Staff were friendly and helpful. We would stay there again.

Everything was great with the motel, staff was very friendly and helpful giving directions to near by restaurants. Could not asked for anything better. Location off highway was perfect and would definitely stay there again when traveling to the Maritimes. We stayed there last year on our vacation to the Maritimes but this year we stayed there on our way there and also on our way back home.

Properties location is good. Staff are very friendly, facility is very clean and Rooms are very clean. I did not bring an animal with me this time but I love seeing pet friendly hotels It’s always a plus. and Motel 6 was very affordable.

The only problem I have with the motel is the beds. They are extremely uncomfortable. I tossed and turned all night and it feels like my body is broken the next morning. everything else is excellent.

I cannot emphasize this enough. It was, by far, the cleanest, most comfortable, and nicest-smelling motel I've probably stayed. When I said it surpassed our expectations, I would expect less care to detail for the price of their rooms, but here, the crew went above and beyond. The clerk at the desk was the nicest person I've met, super friendly, and welcomed us with a wide smile, even when we arrived very late in the evening. That didn't stop him from making jokes, greeting us with stories, and making us feel really welcomed.

Didn't have breakfast, had to leave to early. Location was okay. All we wanted was one night with a comfortable bed and clean room and bathroom. Met our needs.

All hotel bath tubs should have two safety bars - one at the back and one to get in and out of the tub. This is good for everyone but especially senior travelers. This room didn't but few hotels, at any price, meet this need.

This is an excellent place to stay on a budget. I have stayed here many times, for stays between one night and three weeks, and will always come back. Highlights: - clean rooms, and spacious rooms for price - well appointed rooms with microwave, mini fridge - firm but comfortable beds with comfy pillows - complimentary tea/coffee and pastries in AM - friendly and accommodating staff - free parking on hotel lot - convenient location for travellers stopping for the night, close to gas stations and the highway - despite location, has always been a quiet stay for me with minimal road or guest noise at night I would recommend this hotel to anybody looking for a no-frills safe place to stay, and for the price it absolutely cannot be beat. As a solo female traveller, I have always felt safe here. Staff are very accommodating of late check-in and are friendly and informative.

So long as you go in expecting a budget hotel, you won’t be disappointed. The hotel has limited amenities. The elevator is old and slow, which isn’t a problem but doesn’t leave a great first impression. The only two issues with the rooms are that the shower water pressure is middling, though serviceable, and the rooms don’t have a lot of storage for clothes (inconvenient for long stays). Again, for the price, these are minor issues!
