Clean, spacious, and comfortable rooms; quiet and easy to get to - great no fee parking; quiet work spaces in lobby area with free coffee available. Very helpful staff

There was limited availability of comfortable lounge areas in the lobby area that could be used to have a sit-down when guests want to meet others outside of their room. The dining area is cafeteria-like so not as welcoming or comfortable to use as a backup when other areas are taken - easy fix would be to change the dining area furniture and decor so it can be used after dining hours for a lounge/meeting area.

The hotel seems to be newly open/renovated. It's comfortable and clean, we love the simple design of the room but functional. AC and blind curtain work well. The staff are friendly and helpful. The experience met our expectation especially with their fair price during the summer holiday, and it was our last minute booking. Simple breakfast is included, could be improved but we'd not complain. Otherwise, they provided us restaurant recommendation around the hotel and Downtown Kingston. Thanks!

Bathroom cleanness could be improved

We like the updated decor in the room. The bed was comfortable, the shower and bathroom were great. We booked an accessible room and it met the needs of the guest with mobility issues. We like the energy saving features, like the automatic lights.

We didn't know there was a 15% fee on top of what had been quoted through Booking.com. It would help if the breakfast area had more space as it was very busy.

It was clean. Nice size room.

No 24 hrs desk customer service. When I called for bookings, we were not told about hockey teams staying for the week end. Kids were running everywhere in the hallway, shouting and even playing with hockey sticks and balls in the hallway in front of our room. We were tired and had travelled 800 km and wanted to sleep in until 9:00 am. At 07:12 the shouting and running and hockey playing started, cutting off our sleep. I was furious and nobody cared, even by telling the front desk who did nothing to warn them. My last at this Hotel. I paid for a good night sleep which we never got !!! Travel very often but this hotel impressed me. Outstanding service ( check-in and check-out, breakfast ), extremely clean hotel, comfortable parking , very friendly staff ( cleaning crew was amazing), great workplace in the room and nice spaces for work in a lobby, complimentary coffee and tea 24/7. We stayed 4 days and felt like at home.

The staff at reception and in the restaurant were very friendly and helpful. The hotel was conveniently located just off the 401. Good breakfast and comfortable room.

House keeping were coming at 6pm to service the room. They would be talking to friends on their mobile and not acknowledge us or speak English for us to be able to communicate.

Clean, well laid out, secure. Free parking and breakfast, easy but with the personal touch of an actual concierge.

Everything was great. If anything - a very minor detail - but the rooms tend to be very dry. It makes for a bit of an uncomfortable sleep and next day. If I missed something and there is a humidifier function i apologize. This would make the stay perfect.

We couldn't seem to get the thermostat in our room to function properly so we were hot and stuffy We couldn't figure out how to get it to hold at a comfortable temperature

This hotel was really amazing!!! Samantha on front desk was awesome, Wendy who takes care of the breakfast was super efficient & very friendly provided us with a wonderful breakfast (too full to go swimming as planned LOL). Room was very clean & beds were super comfy! We will definitely come again when visiting Kingston. I highly recommend this hotel!!

There is absolutely nothing we didn't like.

Modern, very clean. Friendly, helpful staff, especially Anthony on front desk who went out of his way to assist us with an early check in as we were attending a family funeral. Comfortable bed. Good coffee.

Breakfast has variety but most of the choices tasted over processed and sugary. On the outskirts of town with limited restaurants.
