The breakfast was very good, with offerings of eggs, sausage, toast, bagels, muffins, yogurt, juice, cereal. Check in was easy, although I had used the online check in process, was sitll asked for the same info at desk. When I enquired why, the staff at reception said it was a pilot project.

The room was as expected although a bit smaller than anticipated, with 2 beds in the room it is cramped as there is no where to place chairs wher you can see the TV. The property needs some work to make it more appealing, with little attention seemingly paid to the pool, tennis courts or exterior.

The pool was the best! The room very comfortable, but needed some maintenance of the window screen. Fridge was not the best. Varied and good breakfast: juice, tea, coffee, cereal, toast, eggs, sausage, yoghurt, bagels, cream cheese.

They used paper and plastic utensils and styrofoam and plastic cups. I would prefer recycling receptacles and/or real utensils and cups.

Staff were friendly and helpful...don't let the outside looks decieve you, the inside is great, we enjoyed the deck and the outdoor pool. Breakfast was good and the beds were extremely comfortable. We walked to Wild Wings Restaurant twice as they had great food....convenient and close to everything, we would definitely come back

We arrived late, but very efficient friendly check in with a smile. Room was huge for the price paid. Slept well and then had a Jacuzzi bath (huge size). We left at 09:00 straight after breakfast and did not use the pool or check out the town. Great value stay close to the motorway

Breakfast didn’t have much healthy options such as dried/fresh fruits, but you wouldn’t expect it for the price paid. Noisy guests closing doors at 07:00 with a loud bang, but that’s what usually happens in motels

The kids loved the pool. We enjoyed upgrading to get a private porch that overlooked the pool and a grassy area as opposed to the parking lot.

I understand that to be more environmentally friendly rooms are not cleaned as often, however, a daily check in to remove garbage and top up supplies like toilet paper or get new towels would have made our stay so much nicer. Having to go to the front desk several times for these items was annoying.

Service was excellent.If we needed something, all it took was a call to the office and we could get extra things for our room such as coffee, sugars, cream, and bottled water. On our last day, went over to get a bite to eat, and the guy was nice enough to help me bring coffee back to our room.

The fact that we couldn't have use of the pool, but how it was explained, was very understanding and with the way things are going these days, unless they are busy all year round to keep up with the cost of the upkeep, then it makes sense to close down during the quiet time of the year.

Very clean. Plenty of towels and sufficient products (shampoo, gel, etc). Employees very friendly and courteous.

Exterior of building needs maintenance... it's not inviting. Advertized with tennis court but it's not usable. Even if building is old doesn't mean it can't be refreshed at minimal cost. Thanks

On main strip, quick access to everything ... Highway 401, casino, restaurants etc ...

Hours of breakfast, ends at 9:00 Had special requests for main floor room, limited mobility but was given room on 2nd level. Just wished someone would of called for different accommodations.

The stay at wyndham was quite comfortable, we noticed that its renovated and they had microwave in the rooms compared to other wyndham hotels which was bonus..overall stay was good and location is perfect if want to buy any groceries.

In canada check in times later in the day, maybe try little early.

The room was very clean and had everything we wanted . The general manager, Parth Patel was polite and friendly and quick to help when we had any questions Very comfortable bed .Rooms temperature could be adjusted easily to our liking.

The indoor pool wasn't up and running . The waitress was a bit forgetful we had asked for Gravy on the fries and she forgot when we reminded her she was still late bringing it . Also had to be reminded to give our discount .
