Exceptionally clean room, well air conditioned, quiet, with a pleasant view over to the marina/water. The hallways were quiet -- we didn't hear neighbors.We could have our cat, which was important to us. Parking was easy and convenient. Situated right in town, so it was easy to walk to restaurants. The breakfast offerings were extensive, including hot items.

Our last morning, a bus tour came in for breakfast all at the same time. It then felt as though the dining space was too small. Also, perhaps coffee and tea could be offered separately from food? As a tea drinker, my wife had to return to the start of the line to get hot water at an "oatmeal" dispenser, which was inconvenient (and often not hot enough).

I had a really good stay here. The place was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my visit. The location was convenient and quiet, which made it easy to relax. Overall, I was very satisfied with my experience and would definitely consider coming back. Highly recommend it

I absolutely loved everything about my stay! From the moment I arrived, everything was smooth and enjoyable. The room was spotless, cozy, and had everything I needed. The staff were kind and welcoming, and the overall atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing. I honestly have no complaints at all—everything exceeded my expectations. I would definitely stay here again without hesitation!

Staff were friendly. Beds were comfortable. Location is great - right beside Riva which is a high demand restaurant. We recommend reserving your table. The Inn is also close to Clark's Marina. There is an indoor pool, but unfortunately, we didn't have time to use it. Lemon water is always available in the lobby, which is amazing. Breakfast was included which was also great.

The AC in our room was a bit noisy. The washroom fan was also very noisy, which did not have a separate switch. It turned on when the lights were on. Line ups for breakfast can get a bit long. We recommend eating around 9am which was when it was less busy (for us at least). Would've been nice to have parking included with the booking. Fee was $15 per day.

We really liked the room! The room was spacious and clean. There was an AC and you could also open the window! The bed was very comfortable. The hotel had a fitness room as well as a pool. The location is great, you can walk into town for dinner. For one or two nights travelling through Gananoque the hotel is perfect!

The breakfast choice was only ok and basic. It served its purpose. Everything was on paper plates or in paper cups as well as disposable cutlery. We understand that this means less work for the staff just to be able to throw all the dishes out instead of washing them but it would have been nice to at least have real cutlery available.

The staff was so friendly and kind. The room was comfortable, we had room 223 , so no balcony, but nice roomy, clean . Close to everything, Riva restaurant next door. Nice outdoor seating for guests by the parking lot. Breakfast was included, lots of variety, very busy at 830, so some ppl took their food outside, but coffee good, they have fresh fruit, bagels toast, yogurt cereals juices, and lemon water to take.. everything was great Location is great.. beds are comfy, and bedding top notch

Location is great. Walk to everything. Quiet place. There is a charge for parking. The included breakfast on Sunday was better than Saturday. The choices were good. Dry cereals or oatmeal. English Muffins bagels toast mini pancakes made to order yoghurts juices fresh fruit hot items beans home fries sausages and preformed round egg omelette things which were tasteless but nicely into an English muffin. Coffee was good. The friendly attentive young staff did a great job cleaning up after us and replenishing supplies. There is room to eat indoors or out on patio.

Business suite with jacuzzi was dark and small for the cost but bed and pillows were clean and comfortable

The staff are very friendly. They are very accommodating and welcoming.

Breakfast spot was a bit busy. Parents didn't monitor their kids touching food. Was turned off by grubby hands touching public food. Not the hotels fault but if staff could say something to parents to encourage them to monitor their kids at breakfast . However having said that it likely won't happen since you can't say things to people . Perhaps a sign at breakfast in a few languages would help?

Loved the location. Such a wonderful place to stay with your dog with so many scenic walking routes around you. Pet fee is reasonable. Parking fee surprised me. I thought parking should be free. Desk and chair was nice for doing computer work. Wifi was reliable. I enjoyed having a bathtub, fridge, and microwave. I would grab yogurts, fruits, and oatmeal from the breakfast bar in the morning.

Allowed smoking on the property, right under my balcony. The balcony is not individual, you are sharing with 4 other rooms. The TV and picture quality was very very poor. The vending machines are canadian cash only, no cards.

The property was extremely clean and the staff wonderful, from the front desk to anyone you met in the hallways and outside. They were helpful and very polite. Loved the outside space in front of hotel to sit and have a cool beverage. We met interesting people from everywhere. Location was perfect for our activities (saw a Play then had dinner at Riva next door, which never disappoints). Breakfast was included. Choices for everyone (hot and cold). By the way, breakfast room staff are extremely welcoming. Thank you.

A little disappointed that we were not assigned a room in front (for the price), but to be fair the Hotel was fully booked. The rooms in the back do not have an outside space to sit. We made due with heading to the front and we were glad we did.

The check in girl was very friendly with us and our kids, but didn't know a lot about the nearby activities. Not the end of the world because we had Internet on one of our phones. The location is fantastic, walking distance to a playground and beach on the lake, and the marina, and walking distance to the little town, where there's a nice little coffee shop called Pistachio. The room was great, with a balcony and comfortable beds. The indoor pool was just ok, and if it was bad weather the kids would have enjoyed it but we just went to the beach.

Breakfast was as expected for a Comfort Inn. Nothing great, but there's enough to choose from that you won't go hungry. I had potatoes from the hot food buffet, but the scrambled eggs come in perfect round circles that are a bit plasticky and unappetizing. There was cereal, bread and butter and jam, and some fruit, and yogurt cups.
