The location was conveniently close drive to Pinery Provincial Park, a grocery store, excellent pizza place and a few other restaurants. We didn’t explore Grand Bend but it I’m sure we will in the future and stay here. It was perfect for our purpose of a quick stop along the way at a reasonable price. The room was clean, fashionably furnished and comfortable and included a fridge.

I liked that the property was very close to the Grand Bend strip. Only 2 minute drive, 10 minute walk. I loved how nice and clean the rooms were. The beds were also very clean and comfortable! The staff was very helpful and kind! The hotel was also very quiet, there was no sounds from nearby rooms or anything of the sort! Free parking and there was never a hassle to find space.

Not many facilities to take advantage of. For the price, we were only paying for the room. There was no pool or hot tub. While it is stated on the website, please remember that there is no elevator. The rooms are on the second floor so it may be difficult to go up and down the stairs with all of the luggage. This property may not be very accommodating for wheelchair users or those with mobility issues.

We get there a little bit early because it was raining and we can't stay at the beach. There was no one at the front desk so we had to wait a little longer which we don't mind. When one of the employee showed up, he checked us in but didn't got to go to the room right away as they were still cleaning it. Although it's fine since we had to take our lunch anyway. The location was 15-20 minutes walk from the main beach, but after few times of walking back and forth it felt shorter. The place was quiet and our room was really clean, my husband even liked the way the sheets smelled like. Their beds are comfy and plush, I even liked their toiletries. There was a container mounted on the wall for the shampoo, conditioner and body wash, which in my opinion way much better than those small ones from other hotels. Overall our stay was awesome and might consider them again when going to Grand Bend beach.

The unit was clean, lobby and halls clean. The staff were cordial.

The rooms are not soundproof. We heard people talking and moving around until late hours.

It is clean and conveniently located in the center of Grand Bend.

I was hoping that the price would be slightly cheaper as I was staying outside the tourist season.

The design and the condition of the hotel were excellent. It is 5 years old, the style is modern and far exceeded our expectations. All rooms are on the 2nd floor, our room was facing forest, privacy was excellent. Rooms are in great condition. Floors are wooden and clean, no concerns about hygiene. The owner was very friendly and resolved all issues very fast.

Because of the COVID, there was no room service during our stay (3 nights). That was not an issue but we had to ask the owner to give us coffee for the coffee machine every day, which was annoying. I think the coffee could be just given us at the beginning for the whole stay.

What great staff! So friendly and helpful. I would recommend staying here just for them. The room and bathroom were both very clean. Nice location not too far from the main strip. It took about 15-20 minutes to walk there, or a very short drive. No Frills located across the street for a quick restock trip (water/snacks). Some good restaurants walking distance.

No fan in the bathroom (and the bathroom was right next to the bed, a fan would have been helpful). The ice machine was a bit small, there were a few times that other guests emptied it out and we bought some across the street.

We arrived late and staff kindly stayed up to let us in. Our room was lovely - very spacious with lots of character and it was flooded with the morning sun! We would definitely stay again!

Beds were as comfortable as a 5 star hotel! Shower excellent and amenities in shower if you forgot your soap, shampoo or conditioner! Best sleep ever! Very nice greeting. Kind and helpful staff!!!!!

There was nothing we did not like! It was perfect!
