My husband and I attended a Marriage Get-away retreat, we were extremely satisfied with our experience at this hotel, it is very clean, comfortable and the breakfast is quite something, we didn't expect the waffles and the variety they had. There is a lady by the name of Jill that was super nice and kind, we loved her, everybody who works in the Hotel industry should be like her, she is AMAZING! Please give her a raise!! Thank you so much Best Western Muskoka, we will sure be back :)

This was our second visit to Best Western Muskoka Inn. Everything about this hotel is great. The rooms are spacious, the beds are very comfortable, all linens are high quality. Everywhere in the hotel is kept meticulously clean. Breakfast choices are varied and plentiful. The staff are friendly and helpful. The hotel is in a great location, very close to downtown Huntsville and highway 11 is conveniently nearby. It is an excellent choice for a stay in Huntsville.

The lady that was taking care of the breakfast was awesome. Very hard worker and everything was kept refilled and fresh as needed. The breakfast meat was varied on our two nights.....good change. Ham one day/bacon the next.

NOTHING! The whole experience was good. The room was L-shaped with the jacuzzi tub in the corner. Plenty of towels. and great maid service too!

Our family loved getting adjoining rooms on the top floor. Both rooms were equally spotless and very clean. Beds were super comfy with the right amount of pillows! We also loved the pool, also very clean with towels ready for use and plenty of places to sit for non-swimmers. Lastly, the breakfast in the morning had great variety and everyone found something different both days. Latte machine is a nice convenience!

Not much - we had hoped our rooms would be available early but check in is 3PM.

Customer Service was stellar, had problems with my card during check in and the guys (wasn’t able to get their names) they were able to find ways to help me out. The room was nice and clean beds were comfortable. The breakfast was great too, there were a lot of options and very filling. Definitely coming back here next time.

The only downside is there’s a bit of an old or musty smell in the room when you go in. Maybe a air freshener or spray would help.

What we liked: the cleanliness of the room and hotel in general. The mattress was comfortable. Lots of bathroom vanity surface and the additional extension mirror was great. Really appreciated the very quiet fridge.

-The complimentary soap smelled like citronella bug spray and took a long time to remove from the hands/body. -While not a huge issue, the location was a bit far from the main part of town. -Appreciate the complimentary breakfast, but making your guests eat with wooden utensils (an absolutely disgusting mouth taste and feel experience), paper plates and paper cups is not the quality we have come to know and expect from Best Western. -Noisy heat/AC unit so we turned it off so we could sleep. Consequently the room was a bit too warm. -All synthetic bedding. It's like sleeping in a noisy plastic bag and terrible for people with allergies to synthetic fabrics.

Hotel staff were friendly and courteous. Breakfast was great and the room was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the pool as well. It's too bad the same room, same amenities costs over twice as much in the summer and early fall months. We would stay more often but find it difficult to pay over 50% more for the same room and service. :(

Everything was great.

The breakfast was fine … it met our expectations. I liked the option for easy climate control in our room and I saw that the room (including the bathroom) was very clean.

I wish that the bed had a lighter weight duvet or blanket. I had to run the room at a much lower temperature to compensate for the extra warm duvet.

Great location right off the highway but still far enough away that it is very quiet. Near to Walmart. A breakfast with variety and substance. One of the better ones I have had. Comfortable bedding and large rooms.

The pool is a good size for many occupants but it was too cool for us.

It was very tidy the staff were friendly, and the property itself has lots of parking. The room itself (king room with jacuzzi) was very spacious! Definitely enough room for an air mattress if needed.

The heater in our room didn’t work very well and the vending machine kept giving us the wrong drinks.
