We just need one night in Huntsville before our next destination, so works perfectly 1. Location is great , just off the highway 2. Our room is on ground floor which is perfect as we could park our car just outside, easy to load/reload belongings 3. 2 big beds and comfortable, like wood floor so quite clean 4. Fridge, ac and water pressure are working great

1. No kettle or coffee machine in the room 2. Bathroom no fan so moisture can build up 3. No toothbrush/paste

Main areas and our room were very clean with a fresh, modern decor. All staff that we encountered were super friendly and efficient. King bed was very comfortable with lovely bedding. Hotel is located just off of the Hwy 11 exit to Huntsville, and is within a 5 minute drive to downtown shops and restaurants.

There was no coffee maker in the room. Although the hotel provides coffee in their lobby, I prefer being able to stay in my pajamas and have a fresh coffee brewed in my room, and not have to venture out into the public area of the hotel first thing in the morning.

The location was excellent, easy on and off the highway. Easy access to downtown and restaurants. We left a bag of essentials behind, the team quickly responded to our text message, boxed and shipped the package back to us. Very much appreciated them going above and beyond.

The vending machines were broken/understocked and that was the only food option available as well check and stops at 11:00 in my original travel plan would have brought me in later luckily it didn't have to be an issue but maybe something in case it's late

The beds were very comfy, and the hotel was very quiet in general (no noise from other rooms, and a quiet neighborhood). We had a good night of sleep to enjoy Algonquin early the other day. We were two couples and we stayed in the Family room - that was good for us as the two queen beds were in separate rooms (one of the beds is in the living room).

We booked for 4ppl, but they just had 2 sets of towels and bath supplys. We realized that after the front desk was already closed (11 pm), so we had to wait until the morning to have more towels. That was a little bit of incovenience.

Clean, very comfortable bed, nice bathroom, everything worked as promised. Paid extra for late check out (6pm Sunday) which was perfect. We could have a nice day on the lake and then head back to hotel before drive home.

Very conveniently located for our purpose. Very friendly staff! Enjoyed our stay!

Bathroom fan didn’t work and some of the light switches were hanging out of the wall. No big deal though. We still used them!

I liked the table with the two chairs. perfect for laptops. I liked the mircowave and the fridge, The fridge was large.

I did not like the lack of coffee in the room. no Coffee maker.
