I liked the buffet breakfast. A lot to choose from. The room was clean and comfortable.

The temperature was in F degrees, not C degrees. Directions to get there were in miles, not kilometers. The information about the hotel was incomplete. For example, location of the ice machines, there was no information that there was a laundry facility and no instructions on how to use (method of payment), no information about the vending machine and method of payment. The only information given in the email was about shuttle, high speed wi-fi, business centre (that one is available but no location listed), park and fly, non-smoking and non-vaping, pet friendly, breakfast times, abd pool and fitness facilities (again no location). I could not find any USB ports in the room. There were not enough plugs by the desk.

I had the pleasure of staying at this hotel during a particularly difficult time. Having just lost one pet and frantically searching for another, I arrived exhausted, emotional, and hungry. The staff immediately sensed my distress and offered kindness instead of indifference. They kindly suggested I settle in while they took me to dinner at a wonderful spot to eat. The driver's thoughtful gesture and prompt pickup afterwards were a huge relief. The hotel itself was immaculate, with no issues to report. The staff's exceptional care and compassion made all the difference, providing a much-needed 'soft place to fall.' Thank you for your outstanding hospitality!

Carpets looks outdated and not showing the staff effort for cleaning. Bed was worse. Too soft, I mean tooooooo soft! I complained first night. Basically they washed off. If you have any back pain, arthritis or muscle strain , the beds make your condition way worse. They need to do better job on replacing bad mattress.

Everything was amazing to be honest especially the room cleanliness, breakfast, and staff were really friendly. Also, the facilities were really great. The value for money was better than I expected. Generally, I would like to go with this option again in my next trips to London. There was a big variety in the breakfast options and they were switched every day the available options which is really great.

The location of hotel is pretty far from the downtown, but it is generally very acceptable for other advantages.

Easy access from veterans highway. Accessible room especially bathroom was great .

Snow around walkways and side doors could have been better cleared . More salt needed on ice patches by side doors. I slipped and almost fell. I am only 5’2 and beds are too high for me to get up on easily. Need a stool or something to get in bed. My husband had to help drag me on to it. Really ugly view if a construction yard right outside our window. Not enough accessible parking spots.

The location is very convenient, close to restaurants, shopping plazas and the 401. The hotel was very clean and the desk staff were friendly. There is a large sitting area with tables to work at, a fireplace, and 2 computer stations in the lobby with phones and printer available for working. The breakfast was amazing! Eggs, sausage, pancakes, cereal, french toast, tea, coffee - it was all there and delicious. I will absolutely stay here again for future work travel.

I love how close it is to the airport! I stay here everytime I fly! They have a free shuttle or give vouchers if the shuttle isn't running. The staff are so kind and welcoming! I love the pool it is so nice to relax before a flight and very refreshing. The rooms are huge and comfortable and always clean and fresh. The parking is cheap and I love being able to leave my car while I am on vacation. Awesome place!

Cleaning staff was not very thorough. They came into our room while we were out and changed the garbage and left the garbage bag beside the bin and didn't replace the bags and they took out our towels from the bathroom and put them in a pile on the floor and didn't replace any of them. We had to call for towels. They also left the vacuum in the hallway all day long. Also, the breakfast lady wasn't very pleasant, while replacing the food in the holders, she just expected us to move while we were putting food on our plates. Tables should've been cleaned more often.

I loved this hotel. We stay in a lot of hotels and this has been one of the best by far. The room was not only clean, it actually smelled clean. Not a cover up smell. The stopper it The bath tub wouldn't close. At 8pm we called the front desk, in less then 10 minutes a maintenance person was at our door. And she even had the part to fix it, right then and there. No back and forth messing around. She was so pleasant. Breakfast was good. Lots of choices. Everything was hot and plentiful. The bed was so comfortable. I can't say enough good things about this hotel. It's definitely a 4 🌟. All in all, a fantastic stay.

Clean, organized, guest considerations (guest laundry), lots of parking, exits near room, phenomenal breakfast choices (fluffy scrambled eggs, bacon), microwave in the room, spacious dining area, fireplace and tuck shop, TV channels good although there was no guide to see what shows were playing on which station, had to channel surf, close to highway.

Couldn’t see the exit letters in the dark. There was no ‘Privacy Please’ sign in our room
