It was really nice, the rooms are modern and updated.
I was first assigned to a room on the top floor. There was some type of unit above my room, a furnace or boiler. It was making a loud humming sound in the room, probably wouldn’t have bothered most people but I’m the type that wakes from a pin dropping. Because I was traveling for work and just looking for some shut eye I knew it would bother me. Spoke to the front desk and the manager came up and gave me a key to a new room very quickly. I really appreciated the gesture! The new room was perfect.

Very clean hotel, room was good and comfortable, under ground parking was nice, the staff very friendly, room spacious, great location and good restaurants beside and across.
breakfast okay could have offered more options; fresh fruit, eggs or waffles. The room service food was quick but no plates in room or in delivery yet cutlery was provided. Nachos okay, but no plates for us to use. The items ordered were packed all separate, ie) bruschetta bread not so good when the tops are all stirred together in a bowl and the bread pieces are just plain? Wings good but not tossed in the sauce, again placed on the side. There was 4 of us eating! Would be helpful to have plates available in the room or at least a notification letting us know how your take works! The A/C worked great first ngt, but not at all 2nd ngt and we got back late to room so didn’t call front desk but did notify on checkout.

The rooms exceeded my expectation. Very clean and spacious. The hotel is centrally located with lots of restaurants around which made it easier for us to explore a range of Korean, and other Asian cuisine. I loved staying here.
The breakfast really needs to be improved on. Not diverse, very very limited options. I skipped breakfast most days because there were very limited options. I hope the hotel can improve on this.

Really clean, big place, comfortable, Right location, Nice attention from the staff, well equiped with towels, coffee, dishes and fridge.
We booked the room in booking app with a price and then in the hotel we were cherged with 90 dollars more, I consider this almost as a robbery because as always products or services ar promoted with a low price to catch attention and then they increase the price with no reason. We had service fee, tax fee, city fee, even booking fee because we booked in a third party site, makes no sense. Also 30 dollars more for the parking for one night is too much, sometimes things like parking spot sholud be free after a 200 dollars room booking.

The hotel stay was very comfortable. Indoor parking was easy but expensive. The continental breakfast was good for a continental breakfast. Quite a bit of choice.
Because of a 4-day Rock the Park event the room was very expensive. I would not pay that much again. I was charged $9.99 plus $1.30 tax per night because I used booking.com.

The Park Hotel was very clean, the underground parking was convenient, the room was very nice, the beds were nicely made and comfortable and the location was close to shopping.
The Park Hotel was a bit dated which showed by the rugs in the hallways.. also by our bathroom which had a bit of pink mold around the shower bottom and the shower head was very weak which makes it difficult to wash your hair or even enjoy your shower.. which after a bit of travel does normally feel good. Also the whirlpool tub looked good but the room it was in was freezing so we didn't go to have one.

Breakfast had more options for GF eaters than the usual continental breakfast, with deli slices and cheese, eggs, greek yogurt and fresh fruit. Rooms were spacious, and the barn doors that separated the two rooms allowed the adults to stay up later than the kids’ bedtimes. The parking garage felt very secure, which is great when traveling with an entire summer’s road trip supplies. And there are a ton of great restaurants within a block. Staff was also very nice and warm. Was a great stay: would absolutely stay again.
Wish the mini fridges had a freezer compartment.

Good space in the rooms - the suite was great for our several suitcases and allowed us to not feel cooped up. There are a number of nice restaurants within walking distance of the hotel - with good variety.
No major complaints. An aspect for improvement could be stocking the small catering nook with real cups and plates.

The decor was lovely in the main areas and in the rooms. We were impressed. Our room was clean and updated and felt very modern and worked extremely well for our family. We liked the divider in the room. Breakfast was great in the morning.
The hide-a-bed was awful to sleep on.

The suites are great. However breakfast was mostly frozen sausages from packs and cold boil eggs, nothing was warm like fry eggs or sausages, no tea bags, just coffee for those who drink that. Hotel foyer is inviting and welcoming. Hotel prices are okay.
The breakfast served could be much better.
