The staff was really sweet and willing to accommodate all our requests. The rooms were quite spacious and the beds were really comfortable. Best part was the breakfast- it was really tasty and I admired how the staff always had a smile on their face. Will definitely visit again.
Nothing much - everything went quite well. One suggestion would be to put up more lights in the room to make it bright. Right now there are only two small lamps in between 2 queen beds so it was a bit dark. And may be put up smart tvs

We use to visit friends who moved to Penetanguishene on retirement on regular basis but since one of them has become fully disabled, they don't have an extra room for us to stay in. So, based on our previous experience with other properties of the chain, we opted for booking a room at the Hampton Inn Midlands. This was our second stay at the hotel and as usual, we were not disappointed. Everything we needed to enjoy our stay was there. The rooms are clean and quiet, airy and sunny, well furnished and equipped. The beds are comfortable, a bit on the hard side but that is the normal in hotels these days and frankly not a problem. The bathrooms are great and super clean on top of very well equipped. Great internet service and a very friendly, very helpful staff.
Everything was fine. Keep going!

It was easy access and a newer building. Great parking and friendly helpful staff.
No breakfast though it was suppose to be included. The day we arrived a section of midland had a main water line burst. There fore a boil water advisory was required. This forced the hotel to cancel their breakfast and there was no ice from ice machines. They did provide us with bottled water. Had to walk to nearby variety store to get a bag of ice. I understand it was totally out of their control. Just an inconvenience for all. All restaurants in the area had to close. Just our bad luck.

We were staying for wedding trip. When we entered the hotel, it smells so good and it was very welcoming. Breakfast was amazing. My husband really loves it! Kitchen staffs kept checking food and cleaning. Waffles was awesome! Swimming pool was very clean and our room was quiet , clean and spacious. Washroom amenities were so good. All hotel smells their own amenities(called zero) We didn't want to go outside . We could stay at hotel all vacation. :) Bed was comfortable , sofa, chairs and all stuffs are pretty new I felt so comfortable. (I want to buy the same chair actually) We will definately come back!
We heard door shaken like somebody trying to open and shake it on Thursday and Friday. During weekend it was ok.

The hotel is exceptionally clean and fresh. Very comfortable beds with high quality linens. Well planned bathroom with a spacious walk-in shower and good quality towels. Breakfast is served in a large, bright, well appointed room, and is plentiful with lots to choose from. The staff were friendly, welcoming and helpful.
There is only one chair in the room, having two would be much appreciated.

The hotel was really good. Very clean, tidy and modern. The rooms and bathrooms were very spacious. It was very comfortable. Lovely place to stay.
It was a great experience, and everything was good except the breakfast. The breakfast rush was not handled well, resulting in long wait and unhappy tummy. We had to wait for almost everything like milk, break, eggs, fruits, bagels, butter, etc. Only thing which was available 100% was coffee, juice and cereals.

Good location, just off the highway but far enough away that there wasn’t any noise & close to town. Nice & new. Good restaurants nearby, we loved Chucks Roadhouse a 2 minute walk away. Nice touch was the night light in the bathroom & free coffee in the reception area.
Staff shut the free Breakfast at 10am sharp, was a bit hard with jetlag still kicking in lol… most staff could of been friendlier but the English lady was awesome!

Room was nice and clean. The bed was comfortable. It was nice to have the pool, though I do wish it was a bit bigger and a bit warmer. Breakfast was also decent.
Wish the pool was open later. We went a bit earlier and it was empty which was nice. However, when we went back closer to bed, it was busy with kids. Would've been nice if it was open later for adult swim time.

Location , cleanliness, friendly staff, breakfast included .
Our only issue is the lack of lighting in the main part of the room . No ceiling light over the beds and the bedside table lights and 1 standing lamp are not bright enough in the early morning /evening . Not the hotel’s fault .. but should be a consideration when rooms are designed , especially when you have elderly guests with mobility issues .

It was a comfortable newer facility with comfortable rooms and a great breakfast, which was great as we were riding Simcoe Loop.Everything about the hotel was very good.
Couldn't put our bikes in our room which most hotels we have been to allow. Then they ask to store but we end up just storing in a conference room near the breakfast room.
