The rooms were spacious and bed was comfortable.

I found that the price should have at least included breakfast, slippers and a house coat.

Hotel was great in quality and cleanliness. The staff, specifically one person who helped us was Kamran a Pakistani Canadian who made it super easy for us to extend our stay for another night. I really very much appreciated his help as we were stuck in a winter storm at the hotel from Friday, February 14th to the 17th of 2025 and Kamran was able to add an additional night for us for both connected rooms so that we checked out on Tuesday February 18th after the roads were cleared for us to drive back home to the US. Please give Kamran a five star rating we wouldn't have been able to stay so comfortably if he wasn't able to accommodate us to extend our stay so effortlessly and quickly.

THe breakfast and parking as additional charges is very expensive to be on top of the very high rate charged for the hotel. For Hilton Honors at least this could have been included in the price. I will be considering trying other hotels simply because of all of the additional charges beyond the hotel nightly rate for breakfast and parking. I also found the warer to be four dollars a bottle in the self serve purchase area to be extremely expensive even more than that charged in an airport for water. This needs to be improved and is a real scenario of usury. Who charges 4 dollars for a bottle of water. Not only that everything in the snack store was overpriced exuberantly..

Friendly staff. Very clean. The services dogs (Dunken and Blaze) that greet you.

Pay for parking and no free breakfast.

The hotel and our room were clean. We had a good sleep as the bed was so comfortable. We love the pool! my son won't stop talking about it, it's clean and the water temperature is perfect. My son keeps asking me if we can go back and stay at the hotel again. We will definitely be back!

The attendant at the lobby won't let us use the cart until we checked in. My husband ended up waiting at the drop-off area for quite some time. When we are finally able to use the cart, he keeps giving us the "what are you waiting for" look as we were waiting for my husband to get back from the parking lot. It's kinda rude and makes me uncomfortable.

Breakfast was great, most of the staff were great. Kids had fun on the slide. Cleaning staff were fabulous! Always asking if we needed more towels or anything to make our stay more enjoyable.

Staff that checked us in was rude when I asked about slide hours as the website and the sheet of paper she handed me had the incorrect hours. Chlorine levels very very high in the pool which was hard on the eyes. Room was made for 4 people yet only 2 chairs in room which made eating room service hard with kids!!

We've stayed a few times over the years, the hotel is mostly clean (we found an empty bottle under the bed last time we stayed here), mostly quiet, overall met our expectations

They charged us for parking saying they do not own the parking lot even though parking was free all the previous times we stayed there. The hostess was borderline rude about it and put the charge on my card even though we told her we'd pay at the meter. It was sorted out in the end but customer service could have been better.

The room we stayed in was exemplary! It was immaculately cleaned and maintained. It’s anxious that pride and care is put in to maintaining this establishment and it’s noticed and appreciated. I love the finishing touches that just add that little extra to bring it to the next level. The fact that the soaps and lotion were Crabtree and Evelyn brand, the numerous connection cables provided to accommodate any and every possible form of laptop, the comfort of the bed, etc… I will definitely be back again.

It is a little pricey considering breakfast was an extra cost.

Cleanliness

Asked for a trolley to take our goods when we wanted to checkout. We wanted a trolly because we were traveling with a baby. We waited for 45 mins but it was a no show. So we ended up carrying everything on our own. Need to walk quite a bit from the north tower to the front entrance. I had called twice to the concierge service . They kept saying they were not sure why the trolley or bell boy did not arrive. Complained to the front desk at checkout and nothing was really done other than saying sorry. When we got to the front desk with all our belongings we saw the bellow boy scrolling through his phone at his counter. Was disappointed with the overall service.

We had another great stay at this hotel. It's become a family tradition between Christmas and New Years for us to enjoy the pool for a few days and have a change of scenery. It's hard to find places so welcoming of families and staff that are so friendly and keen to make sure everyone is happy. My kids have special needs to sometimes we have challenges but we've never run into any issues at this hotel. This time, the waitress at the restaurant onsite even told me 'you're doing a great job with your kids' and I've never been told that in public. Ever. It made me so happy. Thanks to the entire staff and management who must set a really chilled tone. We had another great vacation!

Well located, cheerful and helpful staff members, bright airy rooms and even though we were on a lower floor, it wasn’t noisy.

Can’t say I disliked anything to be honest. But I noticed that the pool can get very crowded at times. Maybe private swim instructors should not be allowed on the weekends as they block up lanes, leaving guest swimmers floundering in a smaller area.
