We stayed 4 nights at Tru by Hilton Toronto West Airport and overall had a really good experience. The hotel was clean, modern, and comfortable, and the staff was friendly and helpful. Everything went smoothly with our stay.

The only area that could be improved is the breakfast. While it was decent, I wish there had been more variety in the options. On one occasion, the omelette station seemed to be mixed up—I picked up what was labeled as an egg and cheese veggie omelette, but it actually contained meat. This could be an issue for guests with dietary restrictions, so a bit more care in food labeling and preparation would be appreciated. Other than that, our stay was great, and I would recommend this hotel, especially for its convenience and comfort.

My wife and I stayed a night. We liked everything about this place and looking forward to returning. From the friendly and professional staff that made us feel at home (met Monisha and Riddhi... amazing front end staff), to the neatness of the room and the environment, the buffet breakfast with lots of good options, to the complimentary tea, coffee, purified water station, great location (close to the Toronto Pearson International Airport and nearby restaurants), free parking this was perfect for our need. Bathroom is neat and lovely. My wife and I particularly love the wall paper on a side of the bathroom and the generous supplies of soap, lotion, shampoo, towels etc. They also have free airport pickup and drop off but we didn't need it. There is a gym and a swimming pool as well.i will recommend this place to anyone needing a comfortable and great value for.money accomodation in Mississauga.

My husband and I stayed here with our dog Molly. Our stay was great, the room was clean and the king bed was exceptionally comfortable. We had everything we needed and more. Their little shop front is super helpful for last minute or forgotten items. They have all sorts of snacks, unlimited coffee and tea. Their game area was very fun, we spent a good chunk playing the machines. But what made our stay exceptional was how they treated our dog! We paid $70 extra for Molly and signed some paper for the rules. After that they gave us a cute goodie bag for our dog, with poop bags and a ball in there. It was SO cute, Molly enjoyed it a bunch. They made us feel very welcome. In the morning we missed our breakfast but the nice ladies at the reception desk helped us get food even though it was our fault. We left very happy, absolutely will stay here again.

Housekeeping did an excellent job with the cleanliness of the room. Staff were helpful, facilities felt fresh and updated and the breakfast was great. The lobby was inviting and cozy with entertainment features too!

The room was a tad noisy but once asleep you couldn’t hear the planes…but my kids found plane watching entertaining as they watched them take off and land. Also the noise is understandable as the airport is near and the convenience that offers for travellers. More seating would be helpful for the breakfast area if it’s a busy time of year for the hotel.

What i liked most was the fact that what you offered was excellent. You offered a sumptuous breakfast for every taste, the bedding and the room were spotless, the use of space in the room was most efficient, your email instructions how to deal with the shuttle were intelligently oriented towards a customer unfamiliar with the airport, your WiFi worked well, and your desk staff were friendly, intelligent and surprisingly flexible. What you didn't offer (a restaurant, cushy room furniture, esthetically presented lobby) you chose not to offer, and that reflects a reasonable philosophy.

I loved my stay at the hotel. The staff welcomes you with a smile and ensures that your stay is perfect. I arrived after a long flight, and all I wanted was to rest. The beds are the most comfortable ever! And the pillows!! I always complain about hotel pillows, but these are the most comfortable in the world. They have coffee and tea available 24/7. The shuttle service works perfectly, both from the airport to the hotel and from the hotel to the airport. If you want to rest after a long flight or need a hotel before your next flight, I 100% recommend this hotel.

Shuttle bus waited for me even though they didn’t have to, they aren’t allowed to park and can get a ticket so it is very inconvenient for them to hang around. I was late coming out and travelling a long way alone with my baby and so I massively appreciated them waiting a long time for me. The staff in general were very helpful and polite, I would stay again.

Although it is very close to the airport the shuttle still takes 20-25 min. The breakfast had lots of variety but it was cold… Even the coffee was cold, so I didn’t enjoy it much.

The free shuttle service was great but unfortunately I wasn’t able to take advantage of the breakfast so no comment on that. The room amenities in wall dispensers were much appreciated (soap, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion). Everything was clean and comfortable.

The price of some of the products for purchase were overpriced. And my main negative comment was that I was expecting to pay $134 at the hotel as per the online booking however I was charged $161 and it was charged to my card the night before. There was definitely a confusion between the internet reservation and the actual confirmation.

Super comfortable beds, very nice and clean room. Not huge but the bathroom was spacious and everything in the room felt thoughtful. Great vibes in the common area. The breakfast was simple but nice. It was perfect for our overnight stay between flights!

The shuttle driver was impatient and took off with one of my bags as I was helping one of my (three) kids for a moment - I had to call the hotel to have him come back and drop it off, and he had a lot of attitude about that. However the staff at the reception were great in all interactions, I'd stay at the hotel again.

Room was very nice, well appointed. Lovely bathroom, nice colours in the room. All the staff from Gian at the frontdesk to cleaners and maintenance were friendly and attentive.

A little disappointed there wasvno hot tub. Hotel is in a semi-industrial area, no restaurants, etc within walking distance. Hot coffee, tea and cocoa available in the lobby, but someone filled a decanter, previously used for coffee, with hot water for tea. It gave the tea and cocoa a faint coffee flavour - this is not liked by tea drinkers
