Newish hotel so in very good condition. Room spacious, very clean and comfortable. Spacious lobby with comfortable seating, light and airy. Very friendly and helpful staff, even offered great suggestions for dinner. Parking area equipped with 8 EV charging stations, fee based. Breakfast average , typical chain quality, including signature cinnamon rolls.

Don’t expect a scenic location as hotel surrounding is a shopping center, or residential neighborhood. Entry was up several stairs from the drop off and parking lot. Ramp off to the side adding to travel distance with luggage. Tub surface was slippery, than most, a grab bar for safety would have been nice, especially for older quests.

The room was large, with a couch, and a king bed with a good mattress. It was clean and everything was in very good condition, as the hotel is only a couple of years old. It is located adjacent to an indoor mall and a cinema.

The included breakfast was just adequate and the hot water for beverages and some food was not readily refilled. Water pressure in the shower was not strong (5th floor)

It’s the cleanest hotel we have stayed at. Super spacious rooms, loved that they were able to give us a connecting room, made it much easier travelling with the kids. They could watch a movie in one room while we relaxed in the other The open seating area made bringing back meals to eat so easy for our family of 6!

Pool was really cold! But that didn’t stop the kids!

The hotel was so nice, very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was awesome, and so were the staff.

Unfortunately, the pool and hot tub were closed for maintenance. I specifically booked here because of those amenities. Because I booked through a third party, I wasn't notified. However the manager was very apologetic and gave me a discount on the room.

The suite was perfect for 3 people. It was clean and bright. The location was perfect for us.

I was shocked to find out that my credit card was being charged $250 for incidentals. Usually the card number is kept and charges if needed. I am still waiting for my refund on my credit card. Not impressed. Breakfast was not topped up as quickly as it should have been. I waited 15min to get eggs and over 20 to get bacon.

Location for visiting family. New with wide hallways and large room and bathroom. Clean with Comfy beds. Hot tub and pool used. Breakfast convenient

Breakfast hot items not hot. Little for dairy free or gluten free. (gf cereal option and shelf stable oat milk would be nice). Cleaning products used were too fragrant and had to leave air on and leave room to get rid of smell of them.)

Great location. The hotel was very clean and modern. Good breakfast, comfortable room.

Our room was not cleaned on our second day but Himanshu Pabbi, the guest service manager more than made up for it by giving us a discounted rate for our future stay. Thank you.

We really enjoyed our stay, it was worth it from the room, to breakfast, amenities and the location of the place. Harm, who received us in the reception was very welcoming and hospitable. She assisted us in what we requested and make it very convenient and easy for our check in. We will recommend this to our friends and definitely will choose this hotel again and again.

First impressions, location perfect for us, clean and welcoming. Greeted immediately, check in was fast, no issues. Stayed on 3rd floor corner room Quiet, clean, super comfortable. Breakfast was good something for everyone.

It was a very clean facility. The room was quiet. The breakfast was great!

I was a little disappointed that when we arrived in the rain with an infant and a lot of baggage, we were not offered a cart or anything to help make our way to our room a little easier.
