The hotel is right next to the Dave and Buster's *** ( the reason we stayed there! ) Very clean and comfortable with all the amenities. Checkout time is 12 pm, later than most hotels, which I appreciate. Our room was very big, and had a nice view. Price was reasonable 👍 Free parking

Nothing to complain about. Although it would be nice if the hotel offered a coupon or a deal collaboration with the Dave and Buster's. Just a suggestion because it's the only reason we stayed at this hotel.

The hotel lobby was spectacular and clean. Had a really nice smell. Staff was super friendly and appreciated my business. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Hotel room was huge and very clean. We were upgraded to a jacuzzi room for free!

The location isn't that great for me and my partner. Besides dave and busters (which we didn't visit), there's not much else to do aeound the hotel and it's not convenient for restaurants.

For the price of the room it should have included breakfast which it didn't and I paid $15 bucks for two normal coffees at the lobby.This place thinks it's downtown toronto when it's not it's Vaughan. The coffee maker in the room had no water bottles to make the coffee or no creamer or sugar subsitutes.Shower walk in was nice but the glass doors are way too low hit my head three times.

I still feel a guest will need help with his luggage on arrival and departure.

Accommodated us with a playpen as we were coming in late.

The sheets for the pull-out were in a bag ready for us to use. When we pulled them out, they were filthy. Called down to the desk, and clean ones were brought up right away.

Nice size room, good temperature, nice staff.

Lots of construction around and not super close to stuff but not terribly far either. Little pricey but I know it's because of all the events in the city.

I liked the use of the pool and hot tub and the room was nice

I requested 4 extra pillows but they said that was too many and that I could have 1 extra. That made me mad considering the price for the 1 night stay on a weeknight. We had 5 people and needed more pillows. Also it would have been nice if breakfast was included

Nice place, staff was friendly. Hotel smells lovely and is very clean. My only warning is that the Starbucks in the hotel is ridiculously expensive...other than that no complaints

The pool was filthy and the hot tub did not work, it just ran hot water.

Bathroom, shampoo/conditioner, very comfortable bed and pillows. Enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Room was comfortable and updated.

Price was different the at booking. Secret taxes upon taxes. Gave us an adjoining room when we were a family staying there sharing an adjoining door with young people partying. Hot tub did not have working jets. There was blood in the wall.
