The beds were comfortable. The breakfast was good. The main area was clean. Room was a good size for 3 adults and a toddler.

The rooms were dusty. There were dust bunnies on the baseboards and corners of the room. The carpet felt like it hadn’t been vacuumed. This was most noticeable on the side of the beds next to walls. The dishes/kitchen items were dusty and appeared to not have been used in a long time or washed but not rinsed well. Luckily we weren’t there long enough to really need to use the kitchen items. When checking in, I had to stand and wait at the front for someone for 15 mins. When checking out the employee wanted to argue with me on our check out date. We had originally booked for 3 nights but a month before arrival we had adjusted our trip to stay 2 nights. She finally adjusted our check out day but I felt questioned even though I had proof of the changes we made prior to arrival.

The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming from the moment I arrived. They went out of their way to ensure I felt comfortable and well cared for. What stood out the most was how approachable and knowledgeable they were—no matter how many questions I had, they were always patient and happy to help. It’s clear that they genuinely care about providing great service, and their warm attitude made the entire experience even more enjoyable. I truly appreciated their attentiveness and professionalism throughout my visit.

The hotel doesn't have a shuttle from the airport, and there was confusion about which of their locations offered shuttle service. Why don't they both?

The room size was fantastic. The price difference makes up for it all as you can save money in food as you can make it yourself. The bed was super comfortable. The room had great room darkening blinds. TVs in both bedroom and living room. Breakfast in the morning. Fantastic staff. Free parking. Safe area. Restaurants close by.

Pillows too soft, bring your own! Shower was very dirty. There was a white mark on the couch… I think we can all guess what that was. Pool was underwhelming.

This hotel has the friendliest staff I've ever experienced. Breakfast was tasty and fresh.

Something is up with the pool system, I spoke with staff who had maintenance double check the levels, but my wife's bathing suit bleached, even though we didn't detect it with burning eyes etc, and this has been apparently reported by others. They did give me some Marriott points which was all I could ask for from front desk staff, but only enough to knock 5-10$ off a future stay.

Breakfast generally good but no waffles or decaf on Monday, made up with eggs how you like them. Annoying to have to log in to use the WiFi. Didn't find a bar not that we needed it. Kitchen & ironing board and iron in the room. Comfy beds.

In the middle of an industrial estate. No mall or shopping area close by.

The property was in a convenient location with shops and stores near by. Property and common areas were clean and tidy

The only thing I would say is that parking is a hit or miss. The ones directly in front of the hotel/in the vicinity of the hotel were always taken especially when you come later on in the evening and you’re left unsure of where to park. I would suggest Maybe putting up some signs to show where is allowed and safe to park when the others are not available so you’re not worried about whether your car would be safe in the surrounding parking lot areas.

The king suite was perfect for 3 adults travelling. Very comfortable. Good hot/cold breakfast with lots of choice. If you wanted, you could have complimentary snacks in the evening along with hot tea

Breakfast was good. Coffee terrible, very weak. Clean and staff was friendly. Location was good for my needs and lots of shopping in the area for food/staples.

The bathroom floor is dangerous. It is extremely slippery when there is any kind of water on it. Definitely signs should be put in the bathrooms stating floors slippery when wet.

The staff was excellent as was the breakfast. I appreciated the tea coffe and water available at all times.

Everything is so expensive, I just find it was a higher price than what we usually pay, we were a group and should have been offered a group rate. We did not bring our small puppy as the dog charge is way too high, it was cheaper to get a sitter.

It was very clean overall. The hallway carpet looked a little worn but otherwise very clean and new. The kitchenette was clean and had lots of utensils to use

I felt that it was very dark. It could do with a lighter hallway colour and even some lighter colours in the room. The sofas in the room were also a bit worn.
