Liked the comfortable beds and the cleaning. The staff was very helpful with our questions, were polite. The location is generally convenient, Walmart and McDonald's are nearby. There is also a subway near the hotel, which makes it easy to get to downtown Toronto. The airport is quickly accessible by car.

Everything was good, but the breakfast was a bit of a concern. We were in the hotel for 11 days and the breakfast was always the same (cereals, toast, buns and cookies) Sometimes we bought additional breakfasts where they served eggs. But overall everything was ok, we were not hungry.

Close to Canada's Wonderland Park by car and a 15 minute walk to the subway station to Toronto. Kids enjoyed the front room with a pullout couch and their own TV. Nice bathroom

The continental breakfast was mainly breads and a bit of fruit. Not much for kids. I ordered a bacon and eggs breakfast my last morning. Paid for it then waited. 15 minutes later, no breakfast. Spoke to waitress who realised it hadn't come out. Went to kitchen and they started on my order. By now kids filled up on bread so didn't want any hot food. Bacon was side bacon, not back like I asked for and they forgot my toast completely. Staff were hard to communicate with, poor English. They were apologetic enough but I was still quite disappointed at the poor service and minimal free breakfast selections.

We had a great experience at this hotel. Initially, I chose it for its strategic location, so I was pleasantly surprised by how nice it turned out to be, especially with breakfast included. The staff checked us in a bit earlier than expected, which was a great bonus (with extra pay). Overall, it’s a solid choice if you're looking for a clean, practical place to stay.

The facilities are a bit outdated, and we did have an issue with a clogged toilet, likely due to the older plumbing system. However, it honestly didn’t bother us, especially considering the great value for the price we paid.

What I really liked was the price - I didn't expect this hotel to be as nice as it was, but actually this stay was excellent value for the money (yes - a well varied continental breakfast was included!!). If you are used to the Hyatt or the Staybridge hotels, you will notice a few economy differences - but honestly the room was comfortable- the bed was comfortable- the bathroom was a good size. We will definitely be returning. One side note - somebody ripped (punched?) a hole in our window screen.. slightly off-putting.

They should give you the breakfast vouchers when you check in - the poor waitress inside the restaurant has to tell everybody to go to the main desk and ask for them, I had to go back twice because you need two for yourself and your plus one.

great location, great price, great service. Room was cozy, spacious, and jaccouzi was a nice added bonus to our stay. Was able to find parking no problem. Staff on location that we seen were all friendly. Breakfast is small, but option is there to upgrade to hot meal for a small fee. Personally I dont mind eating a yogourt, toast and a coffee first thing in the morning, so it was good enough. Will stay here again.

Hallway smelled of cigarettes and marijuana, only this one time. I have stayed here again with no issues. This is something that would be hard to control.

The room and facilities were very clean, beds comfortable.

Had 4 people in room and had to ask everyday for a 4th set of towels. Free breakfast is lacking protein and restaurant staff is lacking in people skills. It seemed that the staff was taking breaks in a small lounge visable to guests during the middle of breakfast instead of refilling food and clearing tables. We have stayed here a number of times while visiting the area, but are considering looking elsewhere next time we visit.

The staff was very accommodating and pleasant. . The room was much better and bigger than I expected. I called the hotel a day before letting them know I would be needed a cot for an extra person, The person I spoke to said that he would get me a room with a pull out couch instead of the cot which was an extra $25.00 a day. I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking.

The breakfast could have been better with more variety. The hotel could have been a lot cleaner. the bedspread and bed shams were very wrinkled. They needed to be ironed. There was food left over from the last guest in the mini fridge.

Location and view was very great! Everything you need is close by. the view of Canada's Wonderland was pretty awesome.! Very very clean!. Front desk workers and maid are very friendly, they are always smiling and helping I'd need be.

Breakfast wasn't a buffet like advertised.. no bowled eggs. There was only apples, no oranges and no bananas. Could use more nutrient bread and more nutrient options then suger yogurt. Also the card system for breakfast, to go to the front desk is annoying! They should prep the amount of night per guest and give at check in, eliminating going to front desk every morning.

I like that it is near to a shopping mall, near groceries and the wonderland. Bed is comfortable. Free breakfast with an option to order (additional payment) which is convenient for my children. Cozy dining area. Cleaning crews were good too

Room is very cold even after turning off the aircon. Bedsheets had hairs on it. Staffs are not very accomodating nor welcoming. I guess it depends on who they are talking to, as i saw the staffs with very wide smile speaking to a respectable looking folks while we were passing by. Contrary to the kitchen/dining staffs that welcomes us at the entrance and served our take out dinner with a polite manner.

Although the building shows its age, the room is surprisingly spacious and well-appointed with all the necessary amenities. Nice location with plenty of free parking, a short walk to Walmart, and close to Canada's Wonderland.

I recently had the pleasure of staying with you, and I wanted to share some feedback to help make future stays even better! Firstly, I noticed that the carpet in my room could use a bit of extra attention to get it looking its best. Also, I loved the complimentary breakfast, but I think it would be wonderful to include some more Asian-style options, like congee or noodle dishes, to make international guests feel even more at home.
