10 min walk to subway station but be aware it is a 45 min train journey to downtown Toronto. Minimal traffic noise despite being surrounded by busy roads. Walmart and various eateries nearby but industrial estate surroundings rather than scenic, however perfectly fine as a base to stay. Hotel itself is fine and reflects price paid. Very clean, comfy beds and has everything you need, with an onsite restaurant and lounge areas. Overall a little dated but well kept.

Unable to fully close curtains in room. Not a big issue, especially on upper floors, but a bit odd. Some staff (including those at manager level) could perhaps be a little more enthusiastic with their customer service!

Everyone was very friendly and accommodating. The room was clean and comfortable and you couldn't hear people in neighboring rooms - or a bunch of doors slamming first thing in the morning. We hung a Do Not Disturb sign and the staff respected it and picked up trash and dishes as we left them outside the door. The location was great - an easy walk to Walmart and the train station. I would definitely recommend to others and will be staying again next time I'm in Toronto.

There was a leaky roof in the breakfast dining section near the windows. The chair and floor was a bit wet.

Liked the comfortable beds and the cleaning. The staff was very helpful with our questions, were polite. The location is generally convenient, Walmart and McDonald's are nearby. There is also a subway near the hotel, which makes it easy to get to downtown Toronto. The airport is quickly accessible by car.

Everything was good, but the breakfast was a bit of a concern. We were in the hotel for 11 days and the breakfast was always the same (cereals, toast, buns and cookies) Sometimes we bought additional breakfasts where they served eggs. But overall everything was ok, we were not hungry.

Close to Canada's Wonderland Park by car and a 15 minute walk to the subway station to Toronto. Kids enjoyed the front room with a pullout couch and their own TV. Nice bathroom

The continental breakfast was mainly breads and a bit of fruit. Not much for kids. I ordered a bacon and eggs breakfast my last morning. Paid for it then waited. 15 minutes later, no breakfast. Spoke to waitress who realised it hadn't come out. Went to kitchen and they started on my order. By now kids filled up on bread so didn't want any hot food. Bacon was side bacon, not back like I asked for and they forgot my toast completely. Staff were hard to communicate with, poor English. They were apologetic enough but I was still quite disappointed at the poor service and minimal free breakfast selections.

Suite was basic but nice. Did the trick.

My stay was going to be spent primarily in my hotel room for 3 days. I waited 2 days for a tech to come fix the TV signal in the bedroom. The TV did not work. As a result of waiting, I hung out and slept on an uncomfortable pull out couch instead of the king-size luxury bed I paid for just to cast TV/movies. I was disappointed that I paid for something I was only able to enjoy for one night and did not seem like it was a concern from the staff. That was a lot of money for a pull out couch.

We had a great experience at this hotel. Initially, I chose it for its strategic location, so I was pleasantly surprised by how nice it turned out to be, especially with breakfast included. The staff checked us in a bit earlier than expected, which was a great bonus (with extra pay). Overall, it’s a solid choice if you're looking for a clean, practical place to stay.

The facilities are a bit outdated, and we did have an issue with a clogged toilet, likely due to the older plumbing system. However, it honestly didn’t bother us, especially considering the great value for the price we paid.

Check in and check out was smooth. The room was impeccably clean. The towels, bathroom, bedsheets and floors were nice and clean. It was quiet at night. Very noisy in morning. Good location overall.

There were no bottles of water in the vending machine, no bottles of water available at the front desk, there was no water in the lobby. No water anywhere. The male manager at the front desk was not welcoming. Did not even look at the guests, did not smile, was clearly grumpy. The staff (the girls) were great. Very noisy in the halls in the morning (staff).

What I really liked was the price - I didn't expect this hotel to be as nice as it was, but actually this stay was excellent value for the money (yes - a well varied continental breakfast was included!!). If you are used to the Hyatt or the Staybridge hotels, you will notice a few economy differences - but honestly the room was comfortable- the bed was comfortable- the bathroom was a good size. We will definitely be returning. One side note - somebody ripped (punched?) a hole in our window screen.. slightly off-putting.

They should give you the breakfast vouchers when you check in - the poor waitress inside the restaurant has to tell everybody to go to the main desk and ask for them, I had to go back twice because you need two for yourself and your plus one.

The location is good, breakfast is included and the room was really clean. The room with king bed is big enough and also has a pull-out sofa which was very convenient for 3 of us. There was also a vending machine which helped our thirst and snack cravings.

There are no amenities like pool or entertainment room. The breakfast was really crowded and placement of the dishes is inconvenient. They always ran out of dinnerware, cutlery and glassware.

The room and facilities were very clean, beds comfortable.

Had 4 people in room and had to ask everyday for a 4th set of towels. Free breakfast is lacking protein and restaurant staff is lacking in people skills. It seemed that the staff was taking breaks in a small lounge visable to guests during the middle of breakfast instead of refilling food and clearing tables. We have stayed here a number of times while visiting the area, but are considering looking elsewhere next time we visit.
