The location is just splendid, with beautiful views, especially at sunset. The rooms were quite comfortable. The staff friendly.

The restaurant was extremely expensive, and, because there was a corporate event going on, service to the other guests was painfully slow. It took forty minutes before we got even some pieces of bread, and the drinks took forever. Fortunately, the evening sunset was lovely. But, for a long time, we sat there with water and a completely empty table. The next morning, we took breakfast in town after reviewing the - again far too expensive - breakfast menu.

Good place, but I recommend it mostly for the brunch. *The rooms* ++They are nice, but nothing incredible. ++The fireplace makes it cozy. *The food* ++Great place for food (with some few hiccups like the homemade sausage). ++The Sunday brunch (55$) is delicious. I definitely encourage going there just for the brunch. *The activities* ++They provide fatbikes for free, and board games. ++Wifi works well and is free. *The service* ++Nice service Ron the different staff members met. ++The restaurant service doesn’t rush you. It’s a small place, so the service goes at a small pace, which is great for relaxing.

*The rooms* —The pillows were way too bulky and stiff for us. —We had a humming noise almost all night long under our room (room 31). —The TV are not smart, so you should bring your own casting device. *The activities* —I recommend going there during summer time to enjoy the view over the lake, and the exterior activities like the spa and swimming pool. During winter, it’s way too cold to enjoy the spa, and the lake and pool are frozen.

The location was just what I was dreaming of, peaceful and quiet The room was overlooking the lake and the pier with two chairs where we sat soaking in the last rays of sunshine. The restaurant Le Riverain was very good with a special mention to the chef patissier, his chocolate and hazelnut composition was to die for… different textures, different exquisite flavours melting in the mouth… he has a great future!

The food at the bar…. Shamefull low quality, i already explained to the very kind waittress who did her best to make up for the stunningly low quality.

Beautifully appointed. Excellent kitchen with top notch appliances. View from deck of Terrace condo was stupendous. Shower was very good once we figured out how to control the temperature. Already lining to go back.

Only 1 luggage rack for a suite that could theoretically sleep 4. An instruction manual for the oven would be very very helpful for those of us not accustomed to what we think was a convection oven. And a softer pillow would have been nice.

The location is amazing on the lake, beautiful! We were off season so couldn’t enjoy all the facilities (pool, kayak, swimming in the lake…) but they have electric bikes and a beautiful trail near by we went and was amazing! Food was good but very expensive! Rooms are comfortable and enjoyed the fireplace and views of the lake. We had massages that was lovely too!

Basically the price is high for being off season and not being able to use much of the facilities and price for food and drinks are very high too.

Food was excellent. Restaurant experience was wonderful, never felt rushed. The facilities were great (pool, outdoor terraces, view of the lake). The staff was super solicitous of making our stay comfortable and pleasant.

A few glitches, like a drawer door came off, a light switch cover had been left on the sink counter and the coffee pot broke. BUT these were minor issues, considering the overall quality of our stay.

The breakfasts were great. The location is spectacular. The rooms are well-done.

As a solo traveler, I found that they didn't have enough food choices for just one person. For example, they had a "gourmet basket," but that was enough food for about 4 to 5 people. I found the portions too big and too expensive. I chose to go into Ayer's Cliff and eat at a pub type place which was affordable. I felt I had to ask for everything, including how to use all of their smart devices, like washer, dryer, stove and dishwasher not to mention the heating and cooling systems. There was not enough information about any of these things or how to rent a kayak. They could be laid out much more clearly.

Wonderful weekend at Ripplecove. The staff was very courteous and helpful. The amenities for activities, including electric bikes, paddle boards and pédalo, were such a fun addition. While the service was a bit slow at the restaurant, the view, the food and the service were worth the wait. Loved our balcony and taking our coffee while the lake was quiet in the morning. We both enjoyed our massages at the spa, which was intimate and a lovely experience.

There was a little water issue in our room, but once raised, the reception assured us they would look into it. While the electric bikes were great, some were defective. We informed the front desk and hopefully they were fixed or removed.

The room with the view. The building, the jaccuzzi, the quietness and the fireplace inside the room. You hear nothing only the birds and well I love old buildings and this one kept the charm of old times. The staff was awesome and Alexandre even told us about the place who was it for and so on. The room was clean and of a perfect size

The renovation. Unfortunately the main building is under construction. And the first night we had like a roar noise in the bedroom. I was tired so I didn't notify the reception only the day after. But the staff was efficient and offered another room. I would suggest bigger signs to indicate the facilites. The restaurant is really expensive for what you have in the plate but after a working day it's good not to drive to find another place.

The grounds of the property were impressive. The staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating. They think of every comfort at this hotel, from the seating areas around the lake to the blankets to cozy up by the fire in the evenings. The restaurant views are stunning, a truly enjoyable experience!
