The room was airy and bright and very modern. The room was clean overall- with an exception. The robes and balcony were nice touches. The weather was perfect for sitting out on the balcony.The walk in shower was lovely, and the towels were great. No plastic cups and glasses - glass and china. Very quiet and relaxing. I would definitely book there again.

When we first walked into the room it smelled of dirty feet - solved by opening the patio door. We found hair on the bathroom floor and the entrance floor - reception offered to change our room but not convenient. The nespresso machine was very dusty - we wiped it down. The staff was not friendly but not rude. We got what we needed.

Nice location and comfy beds! The rooms and bathroom were clean and the room was a good size.

I am a bit of a light sleeper and I found the mini fridge to be very noisy. I kept waking up in the middle of the night. I tired to unplug it but couldn't find the socket... Also was a bit surprised there was not breakfast buffet, you had to order from a menu. Because I have dietary restrictions, it was hard to pick something that would work for me. But the waitress was very helpful and offered to fix up a bowl of fruit, which was divine!

Great location, warm welcome, excellent room. And one of the best restaurants we have eaten in (and we have eaten in some great restaurants on 5 continents).

It would have helped to know that the restaurant was closed on Sunday evenings and Monday mornings. But we found a number of other good eateries just a couple of kilometres away in old Beloeil. A marked paucity of tourist info

Centrally located for where we needed to go

Not enough parking for hotel guests b/c of wedding guests and on top of it the restaurant guests. And the fact that my father in laws car was hit in parking lot and there were no cameras??!!! Staying on the first floor too, it was hard to sleep with the blaring of the music until 2 am while wedding was going especially as people would go on and out and not close door behind them

The staff were professional, very friendly, and very welcoming! The room was very clean, very spacious and the bathroom was exceptional! Location picturesque, but also cozy and inviting.

The room was stuffy when we arrived. Had to open the window to let winter air in to give the room a more fresh atmosphere.

beautiful rooms and location was great

first night there was a baseball team in the common room on the third floor till around 10 pm or so. quite loud based on the location of our room, near elevator. we were offered another room down the other hallway, but we didn’t feel like packing up and moving so we remained in the same room. the staff at front desk dealt with the situation well. the noise level did go down and I assumed the team had to turn in for their tournament the next day. we were very pleased with the hotel, location and room. we will come back, but we may request a slightly different spot in hotel if available within the hotel. thanks for taking good care of us.

Breakfast was delicious. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Front desk staff was efficient and very kind.

I only wish the bed linens were laundered with unscented laundry products. I don’t know if it was detergent or dryer sheets but the scent was strong enough to be quite bothersome. All hotels should avoid these scented products. But that is literally the only thing I didn’t like—otherwise the hotel was terrific.

The restaurant breakfast was great. Staff were friendly and facilities were clean.

The elevator was not working when we arrived, so a little inconvenient carrying all our bags up the stairs. The elevator was working the next day. Another night a poor dog was barking and crying for a very long time in the evening because the people left him alone. The staff tried to reach the visitors. Eventually they were successful.

The hotel was wonderful and the rooms were very clean and just modern enough.

We went for dinner at a local restaurant and wanted to have a a drink with colleagues at the bar. Were were allowed to order drinks to take away but if we stayed at the bard, we had to order food. First time I have come across this.

Clean, usefull business room. USB charger outlets would be nice

Not your fault, but the restaurant was closed for renos. It forced me to try the local cuisine and was not disappointed with Le Mista.
